As I said, a predictable MRR (ARR) is the key.
If we break down the renewal deals, there not that impressive after all.
It'll be interesting to understand Symphony's pricing model. Everyone in the industry from a license to a subscription model, that is probably waht they are trying to as well.
However, SK said that they are still defining use cases (??) and work on lead generation.
Let that sink in, Symphony is out dor more tham 3 months and they are not even having a POC as od now...
