I think SK doesn't really have a solid understanding of Cirata's market (if there is anything left).

No surprise, the CityAM share tip wasn't worth anything, nor did they do proper due dilligence.

For me the Q1 update wasn't that good, as always renewals disguised as new deals. Course selling DevOps brought in some money, but that's a one off thing.

I wonder how they justify an expensive CEO /board for a company that seems to go nowhere.

Honestly I wonder what SK has been doing all the time...

Sure, he's a great motivator, but there has been literally no new business since he joint, just promises. His network doesn't seem to help either.

Is Cirata too niche for SK? He should be setting the stage when it comes to data sovereignty and AI (data feeding AI), instead of posting pictures of a newspaper article.

Cirara is so behind on messaging and trends (like the EU data act, sovereignty and so on).

I don't know how to call it, is it a mixture of ignorance (as a shareholder I certainly feel ingnored), arrogance and my biggest fear, Cirata doesn't habe a USP anymore (if it ever had one).

Nothing personal here, I never met the guy.

My only hope, that there are a lot Symphony deals, that don't trigger the RNS threshold, but might be in sum still pretty decent.

All those posts about sovereignty, first of all a all, a year too late, check my pists on that from 12 months ago.

While others i that space close deals, we're seeing Linkedin posts.

I see no Cirata engagement in the EU, France and DACH are all about moving away from the US hyperscalers. I'd partner with OVH and the likes.

Let's see whst the next two weeks bring.

Sadly, I think, there is no real USP to buy Cirata anymore.

We haven't heard anything about Symphony, not even a real demo video.

SK is adressing sovereingty, a year too late, also it's even harder for an NON-EU company to enter that space, especially if you still have a legal entity in US (they used to have one, I don't know if this is still the case).

Does anybody know if Cirata still has a legal entity in the US?

I do have the feeling that the # of Linkedin posts is inversely proportional to the # of new deals.

They are massive opportunities in the EU, while we look at renewals posing as new deals.

First half of Q1 is almost through...

I wish SK would give us some real information instead of countless posts about him visiting customers and hanging around in the City.

I think the problem is that SK fuels such expectations like that with his Liinkedin bragging about meeting customers and partners.

My perception that I had. about Symphony that it was more a self service thingy (shorter sales cycles, smaller deal volumes) developed in cooperation with customers that are willing to buy.

Defining use cases should have been done beforehand.

If they are still doing that and working on lead generation, nox active POCs yet I wouldn't expect anything in the next 3-6 months.

If they would just share a little bit more about their Symphony strategy.

I know we have to be patient, new product and so on, but it's been more than 3 months and still there is nothing going on except lead gen and use case definition.

I see things and I have a knowlegde and experience backed opinion.

More promises and some random talk about AI doesn't impress me.

I honestly that SP rises to ndw heigths, but I'm more and more sceptical.
