We had so many promises from SK.

Where are all those slipped deals? Were they ever real?

There is a fine line between underestimating a task and actively misleading investors...

Symphony? Has anybody seen more than the marketing videos?

Not even a full feature video demo on youtube. Nothing.

As I said, given the new options grant for SK, this is starting to feel a lot like Wandisco.

Maybe CIrata even sponsors a Hockey team without anybody knowing.

Given the accuracy of Wandisco/Cirata anouncements, the only thing that wukd convince me is Symphony revenue.

Let's see of they can sell it and if Symphony really does what they claim.

This is enterprise business, long sales cycles, no immediate resukts.

Keep that in mind. Give them some time.

Looks like they're not only limited to Hadoops anymore, still curious to learn which customer presumably moves 50PB of data a year with them.

Would really be a gamechanger if this is not just marketing again...

Don't want to rain on anybody's parade, but Wandisco/Cirata had a lot of those moments before, sadly never really materialised.

Why get rid of a partner manager (or leave the company) when something that promising was on the horizon.

Time will tell.

A bit of a market reaction at least...

Still wonder what Symphony is about...

Didn't find anything on Linkedin, the video on Symphony is nicely produced, but doesn't tell me anything.

Hope they will release a video on Symphony features, so far just marketing (again).

I mean marekt for unstructured data is huge, but even for a niche player Cirata's share in it is embarrassing.

The RNS is too vague...

So far Wandisco, Cirata could only handle unstructured data (Hadoop especially), that doesn't seem to have changed (or they would have mentioned it)...

The devil is - as always - in the details.

I had to smile when they mentioned the 50PB, because they may have a customer who moves 50PB per year, but definitely not with Cirata (or where is that reflected in bookings???).

Let's see if they publish a video or something, that would share more light on the capabilities of Symphony.

Really curious what they'll announce tomorrow.

Let's see, even, if whatever they introduce is the hottest shxt on earth, it'll take some time before we will see significant revenue (enterprise sales cycles are long).

Unless they've developed something for or with a potential customer, that might explain the confidence, that SK still believe that they can turn this around.

Let's hope it's not just another anouncement without substance.

Let's see what they introduce on the 9th.

Might some more functionality for DI, maybe the move data from anywhere to anywhere finally becomes reality.

I'm still struggeling to understand what SK's strategy is: The DI deals seem to be a lot smaller, probably due to the self-service character of the solution. More or less self-service, hence the sell-off of the Dev Ops makes sense.

I just don't see, large enterprises taking the risk to rely on a self-service solution, maybe for a migration, I don't know, I'm curious.
