Thanks again. Is anyone familiar with listing process on Nasdaq? Why is it cheaper/quicker this way? For me the comparison is a reverse takeover in the UK but that process doesn’t actually end up being any simpler or cheaper - it can of course provide cash though, which this is doing, in addition to the fundraising.

Brass, we are where we are, everyone got the financial statements at the same time. Certain individuals have taken time to pick holes in them. What exactly would be the benefit for holders here to examine the points raised on this forum? Be serious!

They extended their year end and got suspended because interims were then overdue. They were released on rns at 7am and restored to trading for 8am open. The accounts filed at CH were for the prior year, that had been released by rns previously (in August) - nothing to do with suspension or restoration.
