Why do you think that the director’s are not heavily invested here?

Well time shall tell. Everyone has kept piping on about the next SCGL. Mirriad is part of the AI sector, a functioning business with good network of links. So this could be it.

This looks like an interesting share. My two concerns here are whether Mirriad are able to make it profitable - they seem to have a good network. Secondly, the directors don’t appear to be large holders.

This also looks a bit suspect:-

“The Company is currently unable to admit the entirety of the Placing Shares without either the publication of a prospectus or relying upon an exemption to the requirement to issue a prospectus. Consequently, the Placing involves a subscription by Richard Glass, a director of Corpus, for 413,405,304 Ordinary Shares in the Company, at the Placing Price being 0.015 pence per Ordinary Share. Following Admission, Mr Glass has agreed to immediately sell these 413,405,304 Ordinary Shares, at the Placing Price, to certain investors introduced by Peterhouse.”

I sympathise with ex CNR who might have had a rough ride with CNR. It's likely that I would feel the same way if I had invested tens of thousands if not more in a company. The old CNR board is still in operation and a great place for people to voice their continuing frustrations. I don't think this board is the place to do this though.

For this board, I think it should be open for constructive comments or reading suggestions even if it is alternative to how I think about a share. Sometimes I can get blinkered to only what I perceive to be the good points about the share so reasoned alternative thinking can be a good addition.

Hmm... maybe. I've had bad experience with the company's brokers and my shares in the past always seem to decimate with them - perhaps just poor timing on my behalf.

Don’t think you are being fair to Mr T. The reality is that under CB all that has taken place is decimation of the share price. I don’t think CB has the expertise to get any mine off the ground. His only way forward is to do what he has done with Mankayan and sell parts off to another company.

Someone who was clearly connected to CB previously said that CB will rob Peter to pay Paul - so I think that is what is at risk with any funds that might come from Mankayan - it might not go to the shareholders of BZT.

Been watching since 0.2s and it has doubled in a short period of time. The moving day average lines are narrowing indicating that a golden cross could come soon and then it will ready for a real breakout.

In theory these shares are worth 1p beyond that I don’t think there will be much for the PI when it comes to matched bargain trading. I think what you will see from here is the Directors and large shareholders lining their own pockets without having to answer to PIs.

My comment before was childish Littlened - I apologise. Was looking back to 2022 board on ADfvn and you were in favour of the Tenaz merger. Why do you think it will come good here?

At least we won’t be hearing from Littlened anymore - he said they were voting against and today saying they were for the delisting.

If it is 3.4p the price options were useless as the NAV is about that, I think? So about £650k in shares to N Lee within the next month or two.

If I understand this correctly, only N Lee’s shares are linked to a share price. 9.3 million will best immediately. 9.3 million to vest at 2.5p (nav is currently above this) so on surface not difficult to achieve. Final 9.3 million vests at 34p .

Rick Rule suggested that sometimes the riskiest country to invest in is your own - consider the tax regime here and the high risk it poses.

Funds can now buy into MTL given the market cap

SurreyNot I do understand your concerns and I would be annoyed at what you thought was a low valuation for CNR. I’ve held some terrible shares (a Colin Bird company) - MTL isn’t like that.

It’s useful to question an investment and CNR will be a big undertaking for MTL. I was pleased to read in the latest RNS that they are forming a Spanish team from people they have worked with before - so they might be some continuity.

MTL was undervalued because of the mine life. Now there is a forward moving plan. Maybe the price will be around this point for a little while? Who knows. Drachs purchased at 6.5p and there was other board sells at the time but I’m unsure if they brought CNR or because of budget or something else.

SurreyNot in life sometimes there is an element of luck but the MTL team under DB have worked really hard and turned around the company.

A good mining land in the wrong hands will not produce results other than yearly admin fees and share dilution. AIM has plenty of companies fit this category and CNR was one of them. I’m not knocking the BOD at CNR - the reality is not everyone can get a mine off the ground and into profitability.

Nayslayers just sell up here - I’m sure there will be happy people to get cheap shares. If people want to hold, that’s ok, let’s restore some calm and useful chats to this board.

This share doesn’t need pumping. Sell if you want to. This board prior to CVR was generally well balanced and longer MTL holders know what this company is about. I will always be wary of the management a little - but that is just me. The evidence of the progress in the company is the sustained rise in share price over time.

In addition, the CEOs shares won’t vest for a year.
