BODS will always tend to line their pockets first - that’s a given. The MTL team have won award in the Philippines for their mining and have delivered for MTL and these expertise can be used in a new mine. They have done a massive u turn for this company.

The problem I’ve found with other miners is they have land to mine but they lack resources and expertise to mine. This is where MTL differs. I understand, that this will seem like a low ball offer but MTL are likely to get things moving, efficiently, and the longer CNR wait is the more chance of your shareholders being left with nothing.

Another huge hurdle is the regulatory compliance which can take a long time. Does CNR already hold environmental authorisation and mining rights?

JustforHemo states exactly what he/she is - an account made just for HEMO and likely paid or from the company. There is nothing that the company has done that is good for its shareholders' period. They joined AIM just to raise finances and that is what they have done.

The 1.5 million shares is dated Friday. I think there is a bit of profit taking but nothing more than that.

If Nick Candy , Andrew Chubb and Mike Langoulant sold shares without Evans buying it’s likely the share price would decrease so this a way to keep it stable. I’m guessing it’s not easy to sell 100 million shares? If we guess that a 40% cgt was expected on sale of shares today post budget Candy would have needed a share price increase of 8p compared to 6p pre budget. I wonder whether there is a percentage that Evans has in mind to achieve and whether the ceiling for the short term will be around 9p.

Unfortunately, I initially invested at 0.4 so am very underwater here. At the time my target was 4p. Sadly, a lot of dilution has taken place since then. Any Chartists out there - I think I see the golden cross formation on the charts suggesting upward movement in price to come.

I’m not being bitter. I brought a few years ago at what is now a good price. Those in business can be cut throat. I just think this element should be factored into your considerations when considering the future of any shareholdings especially the small caps.

Can always hold someone accountable for their actions. I think it’s fair to say that Candy’s best interest and the interest of PIs have never really lined up. So, in the future Candy is likely to act in a similar way. I don’t blame him for having an exit strategy. PIs need to understand that if considered “necessary” insiders will often shaft PIs.

I think Lee is probably right. Taking the company private is what they tried previously and failed. Candy won’t want to fail a second time. People are always showing you who they are and he has shown the investors what he is about. Unfortunately Fulmar, they are not concerned about the PIs.

Darien you would also need to adjust for the debt interest dispute as well as the increased taxes (I believe I read about these somewhere).

I originally invested here on the basis of value investing. The share price was much lower than the NAV. Since then the share price and the NAV has been decimated. From the last accounts NAV is currently believed to be 0.11p. Right now I would consider it to be a binary bet. I brought again recently to average down. I think if you accept that this is AIM and the likelihood of losing your money is much higher than a ftse share - entry at this level is fine. Must be aware though that the board are taking salaries in shares at the moment as is at least one supplier - which could be seen as both a positive and a negative. I do think it's interesting that an investment manager brought about 4% of the company at this level.

The world doesn't care that we would like results now. I see the successes of Bitcoin and it's wealth creation as an anomaly that doesn't happen for the majority. And for a share to bag even once is a very good thing.
