So, this was paid for already and with a basket price far above the price the made in the offer than we easily should exceed the 90m USD in 3 years with first year production of above 42,000 ton and average profit margin above 900. Rhodium price is creeping up, up and Chinees firms realized they still need it. The costing was outsourced based on one scenario and others were not even explored. It is not the best option for Jubilee when the tailings are totally ignored and models ignore basket price variation. I will vote No based on this aspect. Jubilee has the technical skills, but not sure about the financial.

A basket PGM price is currently at least above 1850 per oz. and with no acquisition cost for the tail for PGM (use the reserve you refer to) it will bring in a more profit than modelled and presented in the take over bid. Adjustment is only made for increase in tonnage for PGM and not for increase in basket price. Another weak aspect of the offer. Additional revenue should be 600 additional revenue x 36000 in low basket price case scenario and 800 additional revenue x 36000 in high basket case scenario, instead of one scenario with 386 additional revenue. Hi Chatmandu, most of us are at a loss! Jubilee got the technical skills to produce copper, and it is very sad that Jubilee had to sell their SA assets at this stage. The PGM basket price is up and there will be healthy profit at 31 December 2025. Positive copper productivity by Jubilee will assist with share price turn around.

I wonder if Jubilee could work on PR and provide regular relevant information to investors. Sure this would assist. Insiders communication via this forum with obvious interest is not the most ideal way of communication. Hope Jubilee manage to boost a production of 22,000 ton of PGM with a healthy profit of more than $ 20m. Chrome production could be pushed, but not at the expense of PGMs as profit margin are healthy for PGM since June 2025.

Thank you! Copper profit tends down, PGM and Chrome down. Which one to choose! I will go for no! A definite no and replacement of CEO to get the company forward, but keep LEO as technical expert. Jubilee Copper could be considered, but production and profit trends are non cyclical and dismal to date. Vote for a no!

Chatmandu, what a sad present today of facts! JBL rhodium account for .09 or .12 of PGM basket price. H1 2025 most likely be around S 19m USD with basket price for PGM above 1800 already. It is clear that the board is in favour of disposal of the asset and prepared to present worst case scenario for PGM and Chrome. Roan runs or 3rd party copper and produced one month a positive result. Share price could dip in the coming days when all do their home work. Why did I invest in Jubilee?
