The latter is doing its utmost to capitalise on the current hype, maintaining drilling momentum throughout the rainy season—perhaps in anticipation of a Chinese investor stepping in to acquire a majority stake in the near future.

It is difficult to discern a clear message here, other than the fact that with a 400% surge in the share price driven by market hype and the Investors Chronicle tip, the risk of buying at the top is significantly high at this stage.

Perhaps wise that Midnight Sun investors take profit and invest in Jubilee Metals at this stage. Jubilee hype is around the corner and I am happy about this as accumulation of shares continues.

Mikiesunday, the feedback is really appreciated and recently read about Sebembere - is a historical copper-lead-zinc prospect located in the Kabwe District of the Central Province, Zambia. Situated approximately 14–17 km northwest of the famous Kabwe (Broken Hill) Mine, it is geologically significant as an extension of the same mineralized belts that define the world-class Zambian Copperbelt. The history is interesting and my guess is that Jubilee acquired license in the same area. Significant copper resources (10 million tonnes) were identified in the area. Jubilee most likely will overcome water table issues identified.

Kalan, enjoy the profits. I will be patient and wait for the huge resource announcement at Molefe and Project G. My strategy is to add small amounts as we go up. LWP I anticipate no immediate announcement and it will surprise if there is progress with a JV in the first 6 months.

In the and around the Greater Molefe area, silver is currently found as a highly significant by-product of Copper, but it is also expected to be a major component of any future Zinc/Lead production. Jubilee’s current mining at Molefe targets copper-rich "gossans" (oxidized surface rock). These gossans at Molefe have shown extraordinary silver grades (some samples hitting over 1,000 g/t up to 7,000 g/t). At these levels, silver is almost a "co-product" rather than a minor by-product.

In the neighboring Kabwe mine (which Shuka is acquiring), silver was historically a by-product of the world-class zinc and lead deposits. Shuka’s data shows that roughly 3 million ounces of silver were produced historically alongside zinc.

Let us all await the resource mapping for the Greater Molefe Area and silver in high concentrations would be more than welcome!

Drilling and exploration: Jubilee Kabwe District.

What will happen if Jubilee (Galileo) found Pb and Zn in the area (25000 hectares) besides copper. It is in a transitional area between Kabwe and the Kapiri Mposhi District with a complex ore profile. Jubilee is or claims to be the King of extracting value where others fail. Of course a probability exist to find Lead and Zinc besides Copper. Is Jubilee prepared for this?

ActuaryBoi, my main concern is simply when the Large Waste Project (LWP) actually produces copper and bring in the profits for investors.

In my view, copper production is set to grow in leaps and bounds, but we shouldn't expect a significant, sustained increase until after Q3 FY2026. I think the most sensible play is to wait patiently and judge Jubilee’s true performance in FY2027. H1 FY2027 will be the real litmus test for where the company is and where it’s heading. To sell shares before that time is really not advisable or it must be that you need the money due to other financial pressures.

A potential regime change in Iran could massively spike commodity demand as they look to rebuild infrastructure—not just for copper, but for PGMs too. I expect the regime to fall within a few days.

We still have the "Trump factor" and the uncertainty of a strong vs weak USD to contend with, interesting times ahead!

AGM questions: will anybody ask this on my behalf for LWP:

1) The October RNS stated that data from the 10Mt trading agreement is being used for the final project design. Please confirm the average copper recovery rate achieved by the third party compared to Jubilee’s internal lab tests?

2) Did the US$6.75 million from this sale go toward the US$18 million acquisition cost of the Large Waste Project, or was it used for general working capital?

3) If the 'unknown multi-national' achieved successful results, why haven't they signed a long-term processing agreement instead of us needing to build the "Leopard or Nkana (mothballed) Refinery?

Other question and continue I wonder about this: If Jubilee has the best technology, why do they use an "unknown" party to process the material? Will the provide data for an JV for a guaranteed AISCs? Is Jubilee buying time to proof that they can provide data that the operations are economic viable? Etc. So many issues. AGM should really go in detail about the LWP project, refinery, possibility of cobalt processing at the refinery. Investor deserve a detailed update: road travelled, latest development, future (cost, productivity, profits, etc).

Seis, a picture of mining activity says nothing! Investors want to know the location of the licences to explore and drill for copper. Why is this secret if the already paid money for this? Congratulations to all who bought the dip. Let’s hope Jubilee invests aggressively to accelerate copper production while prices remain high. At this stage, I would favour investment in growth over share buy-backs or dividends. So this is my input for the AGM.

Bottomsup, I invest in Jubilee and do my own due diligence. I also find it odd that Jubilee does not clearly disclose the licence area, which is said to exceed 25,000 hectares. Perhaps this is common practice in the industry?

Cadastre data does not appear to be up to date. I hope this is clarified at the AGM on 14 January 2026. I am not an engineer — I come from the health profession and gradually moved into management, finance and medico-legal work. I struggle to understand why this information is kept so opaque. Jubilee has sufficient funds to actively acquire additional licences.

I do not trust information sourced from the internet, as it has let me down before. I am therefore asking long-term holders to assist. At this stage, I am less focused on production data — we are in a ramp-up phase and I expect progress to be uneven — and more interested in how Jubilee intends to move forward strategically (LWP, Project G, and in the north).
