Well they've drilled six holes and have hit viable copper, just not in the most recent three. They are also yet to begin the first full drill season, having likely used only a fraction of their exploration budget so far. This year is when it gets exciting re Zambia.

It's worth, fast forwarding a few years, 20% of whatever the potential value of these licences are discounted by the odds of such discoveries happening. That's up to each individual to decide but the odds of Anglo finding what they are looking for certainly haven't changed because the first year of preparatory work hasn't unearthed a tier 1 deposit, obviously.

Drop way overdone.

If we focus on Zambia, Anglo will be spending $20m over the next two years exploring the assets, that's the same as current mcap. Considering these latest holes were stratigraphic there was no expectation of significant intercepts being hit here. Always an overreaction initially.

Bots isn’t a dud but they have limited funds to do any exploring themselves and this news won’t help with raising anything for their own exploration (we’ll all be up in arms if they raise down here for that reason).

It’s all on the JV now, which it was mostly before anyway.

As long as they keep producing enough each month to fund themselves there's no major rush to reach this 1000 ounce target, Q3 would be just fine.

Personally not so interested in the next production number, the commentary and evidence of higher grades coming through is what matters.

Opti, CC made it clear last year (September time I think) that there weren't any attractive deals on the table at that stage and that a deal won't be forthcoming until they have more data, implying we would need to be at least partway through 1b for any deal to land. That, IMO, explains the share price action since. Up until then and for many years momentum had always been maintained due to hope/ belief of a deal or major breakthrough dropping at any moment but for the first time after those comments that hope disintegrated. This then put the CLN firmly in the spotlight and became the sole basis in which trading decisions were made.

I'd argue though that we're in/entering 'deal could land any day' territory once again and that's why the SP is finally stabilising. I don't think anyone is expecting it tomorrow but there's enough hope of something meaningful now landing before the late July Heights decision that the one-sided tug of war has become a bit more of a fair contest now.

Q1 update must be any day.

It appears management expected to have news to discuss but now they won’t be tomorrow. Something delayed? Something fallen through? Who knows.

Expecting Segilola drill results this month around the same time as q1 financials. Hopefully that’ll bring this back to life.

If you successfully reject it and the deal falls through TGR go straight into administration, no ifs no buts.

Shishir's 'dilution minimilisation' at 11p (&30p+) has led to this 'dilution maximilisation' at 3.7p, issuing, having to almost double the share count just to cover debt maturity and get back on track. It might seem like a bad deal but it'll be the best of a bunch of awful options so the new management deserve praise for being bold and getting it all out the way in one go giving themselves a fair shot at recovery here.

Well you also stated that p1a finished almost a year ago and then went on to make the point that 1b is therefore suspiciously slow.

In fact 12th December is when it was announced that 'the completion of the enrollment in the AVA6000 Phase 1a Dose Escalation and Recommended Dose for Expansion (RDE) cohort' which is exactly six months ago. You call six months nearly a year?
