The JV is structured in such a way that it's best for Anglo to see out all the phases before ever buying out the other 30% - if they've found what they are looking for then whatever the price they pay for the final 30% will mean they've got a great deal overall.

I'd be happy with a TO today for many multiples of current share price but it's unlikely to happen.

Could that still end up being the case? Well sure but up until this point we couldn't really ask for more in terms of execution. Long may it continue into the summer.

In both the most recent interviews Emma has implied 1000 ounces is within sight, however there's a long history of claims that never came close to fruition.

As for record production over a one month timeframe I'd go with 500 ounces rather than the stretched out 600 ounces. But also worth remembering that break even is probably a mere 375 ounces per month currently so there's a lot of leeway.

I shouldn't be dignifying such a post but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. Anglo are on site yet they haven't *started* drilling this year, 'not bother with any more drilling this year' therefore makes no sense as they haven't started but are about to (maybe english is your second language).

Anglo must spend $21m in exploration plus a total plus $10m cash to Unico, ie $6.66m to ARC. If they walked away (which they won't) they would have to repay this somehow which would equate to about the current market cap.

I totally get that the speed in which this JV has progressed has been tedious and infuriating to say the least but I still can't help feeling that this is the most opportune time to be getting in with full scale drilling finally about to commence.

Looking back the SP was ~4p after the first exclusive agreement was signed with Anglo in 2020, as high as 5p after the $88.5m commitment was first announced in 2022 and 3.5p following final JV completion in late 2023. Yes must account for different number of shares, especially going back to 2020,, but TVR hasn't changed all that much in past few years.

Such a long drawn out process that should finally get off the ground proper over the coming months and share price is 1p? Really?!

I understand your feelings re communication but the next update really needs to show that the new pit will do the business, share an early update with an an incomplete picture and it'll only tank the share price.

Yeah the market is certainly not expecting too much from the next update - i'm happy for them to wait for signs of improvement before reporting but the longer it takes the more it needs to include some positive info. Feels a bit of a coin toss right now.

Sure more bad news might be coming but a hell of a lot of it is already priced in. Could the imminent quarterly update send this down further? Of course but it won't have to be stellar to see a major positive rally either. I like the R/R at 29p.

BD, some of us have been highlighting this for yonks. Argo needs to raise $40m to clear debts and probably not too far off that again in a few years just to get back to the same hash rate as they are now.

Was always likely to see some sort of retrace/pullback given the rise and a few weeks without news but it’s now well overdone imo. Given multiple news releases expected this month this is where I’d be adding if I had the funds to do so.

Well they've drilled six holes and have hit viable copper, just not in the most recent three. They are also yet to begin the first full drill season, having likely used only a fraction of their exploration budget so far. This year is when it gets exciting re Zambia.

It's worth, fast forwarding a few years, 20% of whatever the potential value of these licences are discounted by the odds of such discoveries happening. That's up to each individual to decide but the odds of Anglo finding what they are looking for certainly haven't changed because the first year of preparatory work hasn't unearthed a tier 1 deposit, obviously.
