I replied to this post but it was quickly removed - and my account was suspended. Apparently LSE now runs a computer programme that automatically suspends any account that posts a link to a certain form of media (in honour of T.Rex let's call it 'Sele Tam Gram'. Clearly this is government-inspired censorship on what they (TPTB) like to call 'disinformation'.
Thus my biggest fear for TXP shareholders is not the quality of the share and company itself but Global politics. There may be a deliberate attempt at some stage by the Globalists to collapse the financial markets so as to bring in digital currency and digital ID; the markets might also collapse if there is sufficient disruption as the people fight back against their governments to restore freedoms. Clearly, if you want to know what has really been going on over the last two years, and how you might lose your wealth entirely, then you have to research much wider than what you see and read in the mainstream media. You need to be very aware that Western populations have been subjected to psychological attack by their own governments, and the mainstream media is their tool.

Trek, with 1000s of shares, it's odd how our selections get reduced to a high risk strategy of just a few shares that seem way ahead of all others. For me, it's TXP - lengths ahead of all others - and it's now about 85% of my holdings. The other is the WTE/ECO combo which I think is a bit like at an early TXP stage. Nothing else. "I really must diversify", I keep saying to myself, but don't see anything else with such risk/reward for the next 6 month timeline. Not good at trading ( I think it might be because I'm too much of a contrarian, and don't understand the herd psychology enough so as to align with the trend), but a few strong winners with firm conviction should see me alright - I hope.

Thought I'd mention TXP, (for the last time I'll mention it here) - a tip for those with some spare cash. Last night there was a new presentation (see proactive video link on LSE TXP chat, and presentation slides on TXP website). There will we an independent Reserves Report on/about March 14th - that should settle one way or other what they have found at Royston. So far the market has valued it at zero, or less than zero. The company does not agree, and has arranged a reserves report for credibility of their view that it is a massive oil find (their Barrackpore analogy is 114 million barrels of oil).
Question: why arrange a Reserves Report if you think it's probable there's nothing there?
The share price has not responded significantly yet, and I doubt this information on the Reserves Report has been widely spread. Perhaps worth a punt for those with spare cash.

Presumably this means that WTE, having a 7.2% interest in the consideration shares, has effectively gained a further 86,400 Eco shares to add to our current holding?

£760 profit - hardly a fortune, 3CB.
Last April this was 30% of my holdings with likelihood of one of WestMed/Kermerkol/Eneo/Dangote happening, but as we all know, the big ticket items have yet to materialise,and so we ended up betting the bank on perhaps the unpredictable arbitration decision of some dodgy judge as to whether we remained a going concern; with loans going up and not enough cash coming in - risk just got too high for me. And then the much lower risk of TXP materialised with a massive Royston oil find that the market doesn't believe in. So I'd rather bet on TXPs management view being correct (in a big way - I sold up all my shareholdings but one, to add to TXP, which is near 85% of my portfolio now) than bet on Vog's 'unknown judge's opinion' - but this investment decision doesn't reflect badly on Vog's management; and Roy is the man to pull this around if anyone can. Expecting TXP's 'wall of cash' to come in over Summer and this should give me the cash to buy back here if still not much news and just ticking over.
Time will tell.
