The answer to question 10 (have there been any proposals to acquire some or all of the group’s assets) remains peculiar to me. Nick says “no” because they’d have to disclose any such proposals under the listing rules, but then, having to turned to Jeremy, says “I don’t think we can say much more than that at this stage” and Jeremy then agrees. Clearly there haven’t been any offers, but Nick’s reply does raise the possibility that some sort of discussion might be going on about something as otherwise the sentence I’ve quoted was wholly unnecessary (although perhaps said without much thought and liable to over interpretation). ....

Thanks, Adon/Scott - yes, have got well use to being disappointed on timelines, sadly. But all's well that ends well - as long as that damn share price doubles, even triples, by year end. Then I'll be more than happy.

I would not be surprised to see Petro win outright on May 29th (over 50% of vote). I expressed my concerns here on my post of 13th April. Time will tell.
