If people are happy to sell at 27p (ish) then they would definitely be happy to sell at a higher price to that.
It's good news if we clear these sells before the news flow comes through. This clears the way for a better and more sustained rise up later on.

Alot of those will be in long term investor PI hands so when this gets going it could really fly and those wanting to buy will have a difficult time doing so.

Placing now officially old news.
Avacta TT completion RNS due within the next 7 trading days.
Vatic TT completion RNS due within 4 weeks after that.
Should hopefully get a 2022 H1 lookahead which could be very tasty.
I am expecting AbC-19 sales will start bringing in more and more meaningful income.
In these times I'm also very hopeful of a suprise deal of some sort.

What I think many are not accepting in is how long Covid will be a problem. The higher the number of people that have it, the more chances it has to mutate again. As we are about to see the highest numbers in the world to date, we also now have the highest chance of yet another verient that will cause problems.
Covid mass testing will be around for a couple more years at least. This company has spent the time and money in expanding massively. Two big TT's about to be complete. They are now in a prime position to profit in both short and long-term prospects.
This all this in mind our MC is a joke! Soooo much upside with next to no risk of the SP falling further.
The only problem is we don't have the fan club that shares like Avacta and ODX have but everyone will work it out eventually.....follow the money and we are about to start making lots of that.

I'm in the strange situation (as a holder) of actually wanting to see more selling today.
Each share sold until news is a share not being sold while we rise after news.
The bigger picture is getting any sellers cleared now will help us later on.

Is this the week the market wakes up?
It's been like Omicron has set everyone in slow-mo mode. It was so clear at the start it was super contagious..... 2 weeks later!!! we get the headline that it is. It then becomes very clear that this is going to cause a big problem but still! everyone seemed to have put theit fingers in their ears, doing a mob mentality if we all convince each other its not then all will be fine.
Countries going into lockdown now, so many off with covid all businesses are all struggling. Maybe now people will work out that companies that can produce millions of covid tests a week might do alright out of this situation.

We WILL get that £8 million at some point because even the government needs to follow the law.
We will have written signed documents from them with instruction to procure on their behalf. They then accepted the product and used them.
By law they have to pay! If not, you and I can go strait to any shop / supermarket take what we want and not pay.
They are trying to hold payment until the GLP case in the hope, that they didn't pay us gives them some sort of credibility??? The fact is, whatever the outcome of that case if you use something (so it can't be returned) you need to pay for it!

A) - 75K is not 'Huge'
B) - the sell price before was lower meaning it could be a buy....in the middle so no one will know.

It's all about Market Cap. If you were rich you could buy Adingdon outright now for £30 million.
They have £6 million in the bank and will soon be paid another £8 million in cash.
Put that strait into your back pocket and the company is really only costing you £16 million.
They have property and machinery worth more than £16 million, so you are now getting the business for free!
The business, is the largest LFT manufacture is Europe who, as it happens has just finished it massive expansion and completion of two major technical transfers right at the point the world just happens to go into its worse yet phase of the world worse ever pandemic. We can now make the thing in massive volumes that the whole world badly needs.
We will soon make more in a month than is usually made in a year.
Of course I don't know where the SP will go on good news but I do know it will be considerably higher.
If it helps, my target sell price is £2.

Keeping in mind this was pre Omicron news...
Up to 2 million Avacta tests a month and a pre order for 600,000 knownow test. 41% profit margin.
That's enough figures for me. It means next to no risk, just reward and still leaves us with 80% spare capacity to maximise that reward much further.

This means the need of covid tests has never been higher.
Goverments making testing part of policy to avoid lockdowns for first time.
Makes it clearer than ever that mass testing will be needed to monitor mutations for many more years.
Largest LFT manufacture in Europe a maximum of 2 weeks from announcing they are about to start mass producing one of the best test on the market.
It's know that soon after this they will start mass producing what is bound to be the market leading test.
....and 40 trades on the last trading day before the week this is all likely to get started??? Seriously I've never seen anything like it.

If I had to put a bet on it I would go for the 23rd Dec as the ideal time.
Let the sellers who are happy to sell for their 10% profit shift their shares first (if they do?) and then release the news for the more steady increase into more sticky hands. Sit back and enjoy your Christmas....its what I would do if I could so just a guess.

It could be two weeks but just pointing out to anyone who thinks they have two weeks to get in that they probably don't?
The week after is a 3 day week of which the vast majority of people take as holiday (in my company like many, it's mandatory to take as holiday). It would be foolish to state that week if you think it will go to the wire. I would say they have scheduled completion for the week before and know a 'before the end of month' gives them a bit of breathing space if they need it.....we will see, but personally if you want in I would not run the risk of waiting much longer.

If I’m announcing to the market that I will have something completed by the end of the month and the last week of that month is effectively public holiday. I’m going to be (I would guess) confident it will be done before Christmas.
So 5 more trading days to go. This means there is a 20% chance it will come on Monday, if not Monday then 25% chance it will be Tuesday, 33% Wednesday etc.
I think maybe some less experienced investors have looked at a few rather flat (like ours yesterdays) RNS SP responses to Covid stocks with concern. Test development and approval gains are all important parts of the journey, but at this stage all anyone is interested in is orders! and generating money.
The next RNS will state how many Avacta tests we are now making. This will be followed a few weeks later by how many Vatic test we are now making. Between the two we should be making more test in a month than we produced in the entirety of last year. These are massive company changing contracts, now brought to fruition and bringing in real large sums of money.
The market always treats RNS’s that talk potential revenue and ones that bring in real revenue very differently. Next RNS will be a real deal one and with it will come a rerate of the SP. Its expected next week!

The problem being when you are talking coronavirus there is no such thing as heard immunity. It's why after 500 years we still have flu and the common cold. You can get 'heard' against the latest strain but a few months later (as we now see with Omicron) you have a new version that you immunity doesn't work with.
This is no freak happening. It will be the same occurance over and over hence why no scientists ever bother mentioning the idea of heard anymore.

Still can't order tests on the Goverment website. This is day 4 now and after they said yesterday they have lots more delivery slots sorted.
Pressure, pressure, pressure on the goverment to sort this out quick. I'm sure they would like a good spin for their brexit fans and MP's right now.. "we are working closely with all UK suppliers etc, etc...

I’m not overly surprised we haven’t had a massive increase on this RNS (this is not to say we shouldn’t get a massive increase even without an RNS as we are so undervalued at the moment).
The RNS is good news but doesn’t yet change our bottom line. It does however increase our chances of success and decreases any risk.
We now have all corners covered.
Antibody testing, it will get its day and we are one of a very small handful who can actually now specify how many antibodies you have, not just that you have some. With the majority of the world now having some antibodies a yes / no answer is almost pointless. This product is vital as medical teams, scientist, ourselves need to know, do you /I have enough of them? As we were one of the first to produce an Antibody test we have a big advantage in this area and could clean up when the time comes.
Antigen testing. By this time next month. Probably the best two test on the market will be made in their millions by us. The Vatic one will clean up I think. It should have the easiest ride to getting HUA as it only needs the persons saliva. This means ‘user error’ is unlikely. Also if we have to make tests part of daily life this is the one we all want (don’t fancy putting a ear cleaner up my nose until it feels like its going to poke my eyeball every other day) so governments / medical teams…everyone! will want them.
We also have a 10 year contract in place and make good money outside of covid testing. Good new products in the pipeline. Contracts in place with the main components of LFT’s in place.
£6 million in the bank, £8 million in the backlog. Turnover increasing year on year (over 100% last year) and projected to continue increasing even further. £25 million now being pumped into the business. Largest manufacturing capacity in Europe. Oh and the directors are so confident in all of the above they just spent half a million of their own money to increase their already very large holding.
In conclusion. Not much risk lots and lots of upside!

The one thing we all know for sure, it that no one knows for sure what will happen to the SP in the next few days.
I'm very confident we will get a good FOMO Friday. It gets said too much on here but a big RNS due next weeks, and I'm sure new deals being worked on as we speak means you really don't want to be out over the weekend.
Much more chance of this going up than down IMO.

We are still practically valued at asset value so there is practically no downside and massive potential (multi bagger) upside.....it will come, keep watching! Early trader sellers out of the way and tasty buys coming in. Up we go!
