I have been jumped on a few times on here as a GB defender. As said back, I like to think I have always defended DVRG not necessarily GB which are two very different things but, I know I did say once that I thought GB got some stuff badly wrong but this does not make him a conman.. sadly, I'm now questioning this massively.
Not because of the Wife payments (as TT says below fairly common practice and not big bucks), I can maybe also give the benefit of the doubt with the other 'misunderstandings' or whatever they are calling them.
The big ? Is just how incredibly bad the Riverfort deal is/was.

For me there can only be 3 possible explanations.

1) GB and all of the BoD are completely stupid and genuinely thought it was a ok or good deal.
This, I think is most unlikely as surly they could not all have got into top jobs and ALL be that stupid.

2) major incompetents - Riverfort, played them and they simply didn't realise they were being done over in some unread, misunderstood small print...this is bad but actually the one I'm hoping happened.

3) it's corruption! We can give you this amazing garenteed win deal for you but what's in it for us....., you know personally? wink wink you know what a mean.

I can't see any other possibility why any educated person would agree to that deal unless its one of the 3 above?

Basically the day Riverfort walked into the DVRG boardroom everyone stood up, dropped their trousers, turned around, put their hands on desk and said "go for it!"
My kids would know not to accept a deal where there is one garenteed loser and one garenteed winner that is not you....and they haven't even started senior school yet!

Wow yeah, Riverfort get their loan paid back in full and keep all their warrants for free!.. which is also nicely put down to a price they can immediately sell them at.....that has to go down as the worse deal I have ever seen! I'm mean brilliant by Riverfort, 100% garenteed free money but how-o-how did that get signed off by the BoD????

Another, you would say unjustified drop by the MM's but then again the Market does not like silence.

ABDX seem to be a bit shy? No one wants, or likes over the top pumping, that's then not followed by actual results but there has to be something in-between and worth sharing going on?

An investor presentation?
Operations update RNS, an update on the great tests they are developing, latest on AppDX all the denifits it can bring and how they plan to use it and roll it out / when? Etc...

They need to keep interest up and sell themselves more, why invest in ABDX? I know there are lots of good reasons but it would be nice to hear it from them as well.

A load of 3p warrant - very bad

It will take a big contract and/or a good run of good news to brake 3p now. The warrants are always meant to be in sticky hands yet history tells us here they are definitely not.

It's a system, it needs to work both ways! Muggings actually got a orgazumus RNS for him and says nothing, bit strange is all I'm really saying.

Don't get me wrong I'm not wishing for this, but can't believe we have not heard from Muggings and Gwood (oh, sorry DVRGinsider or whatever he is called now days)
Are they drowning their sorrows now their meaning of life is over? No more GB in the top job, they got what they wanted, must be happy yet dare I say, now a little lost in life?

Here's that 4th knock at 3p!

This has knocked on the 3p door three times today, it's often the 4th that brakes the door down!... one last surge could get us there.
As I say, just one trade over 3p will probably trigger some short stop losses off so it should continue the take off from there.

We can't be greedy, very pleased to see the good rise today but I really, really would love to see the 3p brake. This will get any shorter very worried and I think we would then see a pretty swift march to 4p and maybe more....fingers crossed for all holders.

Get ready for the concerned investors posts, suddenly extra 'concerned' now the SP is rising?

I think if 3p brakes we could be in for a very interesting afternoon.
Shorts closing? good rumor spreading? something appreas to have suddenly happend!

It was the original plan, why not just stick to it and see what happens?

As I have said before, I think too much money has already been pumped into this firm for all that money to sit back and watch their investments turn to dust. If a firm is still miles off from profitability, then maybe so, but at this stage of a company’s development (turning over big bucks and just some good management of funds away from profit) everyone invested will want to see this through.
Everyone loses if the funds are not found, and everyone wins if they do. For this reason, I’m sure DVRG will continue, just the question of what the new money will mean to share dilution.
It a company makes profit and continues to grow year on year, however many shares are out there the SP will also grow with the company.
Hopefully, fresh start happening, onwards and upwards.

Looks like the MM's are marching this up, it's on little volume so maybe a new rumour of the placing price being something a bit more reasonable?

Well, that’s an obvious clearing off the air, out with the past and in with the new.
They need to follow this up sharply with what this ‘new’ looks like and what it will do. Get that financing in place and a clear strategy on getting to profitability. The market can, and will then look forward again instead of backwards.

All big firms, at one point in their history had a bump or two in the road along the way.

The stock market, will be the stock market, open to all sorts of manipulation, outside factors, inside factors etc etc....but, the fundermentals of investing remain the same. Pick a firm you see can (and is in this case is) growing and, will continue to do so. If you get that bit right and can be patient, then whatever the stock market does, or does notn...over a decent bit of investment maturity time, you will do just fine!

Cash is king! ABDX have plenty, in the blue for a year (and thats worse case scenario)
LFT's are still, and will continue to be the future. Massive growing sector, ageing population, massive pressure on all health systems (globally) why wait in GP and hospital waiting
rooms for hours, get wrong diagnosis when you can confirm what you do, or do not have in minutes, in your own home...NHS will love it and cost effective so will help to fund it. It will get GP's freed to help those most in need and with more complex conditions, as 70/80% of their average day dealing with Covid / flu, patients will all be done for them with a online appointment, I will be sending you a LFT, if it's this, do this, if not, speak next week.
Person saves much time and effort getting to GPs, gets what they need.
GP gets more time, non full germ spreading waiting room and the chance to see those that really need them and not the bog standard you will be fine after a bit of meds and rest.

Yes, if only it would be true...that would have been the ultimate end to what has been a really ****ty week!
