What I think, for what is worth (BTW I very much hope this is nothing) DVGR is a Company, its not GB, he is an employee the same as the many, many others they have.
They have much to offer the world, they have had many millions invested (big institutions) in them to get here, they turn over £18million and growing very fast! Soon, they will be making profit....lots of it!
At this stage, all that money doesn't just write it all off and head home. Compared to where this firm has come from, what other raises were about, the current cash call is a no brainer! Its money needed to turn it into (basically garenteed) much more money.....not, a fair wind in a few years hopefully....in a few months! Orders lined.

We might end up with a bad dilation of shares, we might not...but one thing for sure, Dvrg will continue and so long as they get to that profitable state, the SP will then look after itself.

You just have to have a laugh sometimes with what you get on these public BB’s, where everyone gets to hide behind a made-up username. The good, the bad (liars) and the ugly.

So, if I’m getting this right, the STC stuff doesn’t work, or DVRG are only capable of processing about 1000 of them a month. The PD stuff doesn’t work, the breathalyser, doesn’t work, GB doesn’t go to work, the ‘successful trails’ were not actually trials, just the success was installing them and then no one noticed they didn’t work? The £18 million of pounds of sales spread across many different firms, organisations and individuals….. no one has noticed what they purchased doesn’t work….errrm yet? ......and, You KNOW this for a fact because you have insider information.

One should remember, in an instance of purposeful market manipulation, company and/or individual defamation, if said company or individual wanted to sue for it then LSE would have to give out true identities in a heartbeat.

Yeah, I have to agree with all of that, but I don't think the game is up by anymeans.

The 'ideal' was to raise money,.pay the loan and have necessary funding to keep the expansion going into next year....its failed, due to a leak and purposeful attack from TW and gang.

A plan B is needed. I still can't see why not scrape the 500k first payment together, buy some breathing space, scale back some of the expansion and let the SP recover.
I exspect and hope this is now what they are thinking.
Aside from this, they could try to get a big firm to come in and do a joint venture with them, or sell a part of one of the business, try and get a better loan to pay the loan.
If any of these things can be put in place in time then the SP will soon get back to where it was a few weeks ago.

I know the test never got to market (yet!) but it was neither firms fult Covid suddenly did a massive left field mutation right at the point it was about to be released.

ABDX successfully completed the TT for the test, to spec and ready for mass production.

Yes, of course there is always competitors and others options for Avacta but I would say ABDX must be front runners.

They have worked successfully with each other in the past and both firms head offices are only 30 odd miles apart. It makes life much easier (and cheaper) for the teams to collaborat in person.

AS is a Yorkshire lad himself so think he would like to keep it local if he can.

Yep, if you are betting man (I guess the fact this is a AIM BB that means all of as) ABDX have to be the massive front runners for AVCT's main manufacturer.
It looks like AS (for those not invested this being Avacta's CEO) Is a rather proud Britt, so a Brittish manufacturer would complete the job and, one would then hope (but unfortunately we should not get our hopes up for...recent experience and all) the goverment would then back as big 100% UK made! LFT global power house!
It would also give the Goverment 0% excuse not to....Next health problem/pandemic you çant go Chinese when you have one of these firms in-house!

Maybe some fair points there but you need to remember the Market valued ABDX at over £100 million less than two years ago....why? Because they have the facilities and expertise to fill very large orders. They had a contact with the goverment for £75 million and that was for just 10 million tests, they are capabl (we think?) Of making 150 million a year, so with a fair wind they can easily get back to that sort of value again.

To be honest I can't see it either but if Avacta did what to make a move I would say now would be their premium time. IF ABDX get a few contacts going their price in a few months would be out of AVCT's reach.

AVCT clearly have big plans to make lots and lots of tests and I think they are the guys that can pull it off.....if they are sticking with ABDX that's a LOT of future pipeline of work coming this way.

Split everything down the middle cutting growth costs in half. They need to buy in by paying DVRG at least half the set up costs so far and the value of the databank. A big name would also make the advertising and promotion side much, much easier and cheaper.
You could say over hopeful thinking but a few million£ to be 50/50 in the next big thing and do one over your competitors... you would say a great opportunity for one of the big boys to step in.

DVRG has plenty of value its just how to unlock some is the challenge,,,, I'm not kidding myself that it is one, but there will be a way....can they find it?

Well , I think there can't be any question (unsurprisingly)that they do not want to do a 3p raise deal.
The big question is do they have a plan B available and can they get it over the line in time?

There is no suger coating that this a bad position for them to be in but they are obviously working on alternative something?....let's hope it comes good....decent bit of news, scrapped raise etc and this should shoot straight back up to 10p ish.

Exactly, if Deepverge were planning or happy to go ahead with a 3p placing then it would have happened already. It has not, which means they must be working towards something else.
Hopefully we will find out what, soon. I will love It so much if it hits TW and his short crew hard!
