Yes indeed, they started a few days ago, not exactly prolific but fairly regular 50k/60k or 75k buys...I suspect the same person buying a healthy position under the radar.....let's hope they know something we don't.

Although I think this foolish I can sadly understand it. The main stream media, politicians, corporate firms, just people in power generally have brought this all onto themselves by not being honest with people time and time again. They are meant to be sources of trust and integrity yet mostly just peddle a one sided agender.
Its now to a point, people are actually trusting social media strangers more than RNS statements/media articles/ political statements etc…. its all rather worrying when you think about it.
I very much hope this is something the new BoD consider. They actually have a great opportunity to clear the air. They have their sacrificial lamb in GB who they can just blame any bad stuff on him. Time to update shareholders with 100% truthful, this is where we are, this is what happened and this is where we are trying to head.
Damage has been done but it can be repaired by the new people in change and it starts with honesty and integrity. The SP can't really get much lower so nothing to lose with a bit of that!

The GB stalkers have clouded the waters a little here. As I have said before DVRG is not GB, and GB is not DVRG and doesn't even work there anymore.
The focus should be on DVRG the company, the same one everyone (well most of us) invested in because they have something very valuable, historic data that can not be replicated, AI tech that makes it even more valuable and an impressive and ever growing client list. Products that can change the world for the better.
With the right management (which now we hopefully have) this can be turned into a billion dollar company.
GB is gone! Yet his stalkers remain....wired! but ha-ho let them have their fun, my focus has always been and will remain on DVRG, good firm with massive potential.

I do really feel for you guys that have lost big...been there done that and its an extremely difficult pill to swallow, better times will come again. Don't beat yourselfs up making mistakes is a part of being human, we all do them.

I would say though that not all is lost, yes lots of if's and a wait on hands now but things on AIM can turnaround as quickly as they can go sour.
New blood in, the tech DOSE exist and is a market leader in many ways. With a fair wind and some good organisation DVRG could/should be posting profit in the millions next year with projections of much more to come. 'If' this happens the SP recovers and everyone gets money back and hopefully more.
Yes risks still but at these prices, for me, a risk worth sticking with.... however, each to their own, no right or wrong just what is right for you.

OK then, you win I totally believe you, the guy who has shown on many occasions doesn't know the absolute basics of business. You are much more believable than the Company House audited results, official RNS statements, many media articles (first rule of journalism, verify ((that means prove)) your information is correct) and reputable clients of DVRG not noticing this company claiming to be selling you stuff that they aren't..

I can’t believe it’s even necessary to have this conversation on BB that you can usually presume has reasonably educated posters on it.
Gwood, was previously known as WaterGenius and then almost certainly became DVRGInsider for a short time. After lots a lots of wild claims on here he eventually tripped up, got proven wrong beyond any question and then outed himself, came clean as an aqua science employee who was meant to be ‘saved’ by GB and given a job at DVRG but GB changed his mind and it didn’t happen.
So we clearly have bitter, angry person who also works for a company who’s main competitor happens to be MW/DVRG……and people are not getting red flags or questioning the truthfulness of this person???
Well, perseverance is key sometimes I guess and the guy finally found someone stupid enough to believe him in shorteverything. In Shorteverything own words ‘I’ve been talking to someone through e-mail (I wounder who that could be??) and lots of references to Aqua science Huuuuum. Oh and now we have the same ****e WaterGenius/Gwood spouted, loads of posts implying anything and everything yet, “I can’t tell you too much” and the promise or revelations to come, evidence they have but can’t share. We have been waiting for years for this to all come to light and here we still are, just a couple a months away from it as always!
In the meantime DVRG seem to be doing a great job selling (£18 million this year alone) stuff they don’t have, own, or doesn’t work,,,, yet no one has noticed yet.
Believe what you want but please be a little street smart. Everyone has an agender of some sort and those that blame (the now ex) CEO for being unemployed for a while and work for DVRG’s competitor posting on a site (or winding some other mug up to do it for them) of DVRG share holders has a very clear agender. Very easy to write any made up thing you want when you get to stay anonymous.

The only thing your post make me question shorteverything (but not DVRG obviously) is how on earth did you manage to get enough money to invest?...inheritance I'm guessing.
You write like a very nieve 18 year old, before trying to sound like someone who knows that they are talking about its a good idea to at least understand some basics. How companies, own other companies but as a shareholder in said company you also own those, how the tax system works, how patents work, how company house works etc.....oh and if you are listening to someone who got laid off by GB and now works for MW (much lesser company that cant keep up with MW) competitor its very unlikely they are going to tell you truthful balanced facts...stop being so gullible!

GB built a company that turned over less than £0.3 million to one that turns over £18 million a year in less than 4 years. Anyone who has worked (at a decision level) in business will know expansion at that pace comes with a lot of difficulties and cash flow risks. He called the decision to get the loan over doing a fundraise wrong…simple as that!
Believe what you want but the above is much more believable to me than the conspiracy theories coming out here. I thought (had hoped) with GB now gone his haters would go with him but no, to fill that void in their lives its now the entire company that is in on it?..,. lord give me strength!
You know several signatures are required for audited results in Company House, people don’t sign those things unless they know the information is correct because they know, if it turns out to be incorrect its you that will be thrown in jail, 100% guaranteed, its your signature on the documents and that is all the ‘proof’ needed for all that heat to land at your door.
It’s hard to enjoy lots of money if you are in prison and have been made to pay all of it back with fines on top. The accounts and RNS statements (at the time of release) are all correct, simple!
DVRG now has new blood that will be eager to impress, a big order book growing consistently. They just need to get the cashflow issues sorted out (no reason why they can’t) and they will be off, in profit and in a massively growing sector with little competitors.

You are maybe new to this BB so let me give you the lowdown.
There are two distinctive groups here.
One purely focused (in Muggins case obsessed) on Gerard Brandon and how bad a person he is. Muggins is the very long-standing leader of this group who will only talk on this one subject only.
The other group is focused on Deepverge, its great tech and future prospects.
Yes, the two are linked but not so much now GB is no longer CEO. However it will remain sadly no doubt all we will continue to hear from group one.
Its annoying for those of us that can see Deepverge is much bigger and much., much more than an individual but you got to take the rough with the smooth on public BB’s I guess.

I more than get the anger and discontent here and we all need to vent these feelings in one way or another (as I did myself last Thursday). However, I personally always put a time limit on these emotions. If you don’t, you end up a bitter twisted person for life (mentioning no names).
GB is no longer CEO, DVRG will now be debt free and have the money they need to expand and meet demand. If this happens successfully it will get reflected in the SP and people get some, most, all, or more than all their money back..
None of us invested in GB, we invested in Deepverge and all its great tech, built for the future world.
People are free to do whatever makes them feel better but for me this is leaving the past in the past and concentrating on the future. There is still huge potentially for a very good and lucrative one for DVRG.

You may be right with your 4th option but,.at the time they took the loan they had other, much, much better options available to them, (I.e a share price much higher and doing a placing then)...so negotiable terms in their favor which they could use in DVRG (AKA us share holders) favour...yet! they agreed to...lend us some dosh, we will pay it all back, with (large) interest.....AND!!! (Oh, I wish LSE would let me font that 'and' in massive literal ways BIG it deserves).. arrrrh we will also give you a shed load of free shares, ya get them!..even if pay you all the money back, plus interest that you have given for just a few months....as a said, worse deal I have ever, ever seen!
