Good to see an update via the RNS, but it would seem that AVCT are very much in the slow lane if we have to wait until 20251...

As frustrating as it is, watching from the sidelines seeing news about poor test kits being widely used, knowing we have a very reliable test. If various governments wish to go down the cheaper/less reliable test route, we cannot do a bean about it sadly. As the old adage goes, you can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink. Hopefully there are enough savvy people out there putting a good test before cost.

Prefer news of a second machine.

Partypooper. The mask design and classification has baffled me to be honest. I am guessing we were given the pleated masks to use as they have medical use in the description and you breath in through the mask. The FFP grade mask give a better seal which helps (for me at least) when breathing out, as the valve does its job along with the seal. So for me the FFP3 is possibly the best to reduce the risk to others when breathing out, but our purse string holders would probably cry at the cost!, hence I have gone for FFP2. As for the pleated type, I have ordered extra nose clips, which I hope will reduce the fogging, then I can work safely with a pleated mask.

Like your thinking, but can you imagine the extra baggage cost? The airlines knobble us just for an extra kilo over 15, 20 or 23kg.

I truly hope these are better than the version I have been given to wear at work.
We have wear a medical grade 3 ply pleated mask, along with a visor, but the nose clip and seal on the mask is poor, so our visors are almost constantly fogging up, even when using anti mist spray, making work very difficult, bordering on dangerous. I have since found that the FFP2 grade dust type masks work much better for me, as offer a better seal rate. So I hope these masks are well designed.

Agree. The need for testing is not going to go away anytime soon. Even for those who do get vaccinated, they could still be carriers. I am in group 8, and going by the guides, I am due for a jab around November/December time....24 million in front of me, give or take..

I really thought the company would grow last year with the track and trace in Scotland, really surprised nothing came of it. Hopefully this year then..

JR...out of order Sir. Was you around when Mandy and co were sorting out all the votes earlier last year? Everyone in a company has a part to play, from top to bottom, bottom to top. Without Mandy as his PA, would Graham be able to function so well? No.

This looks like this has been done for growth, the company is growing, so bringing in someone who has experience with an enlarged finances.
The new role also eludes to growth. Both good indicators.

As for the BBC article about possible legal action & TT...cannot see how this will stand. If an under age person has been on TT, they have either lied or use another persons account, so for me TT are in the clear.

The confusing bit for me is that numerous tenders have been posted, but radio silence there after, as if every tender has an NDA attached. There are rumours on other boards that delays have been made to allow more or certain UK companies to apply or complete test criteria. Though I think as an anglo-french company we are well placed, but the delays are baffling.

I understand that some on here are saying that the company are sticking to radio silence because they do not want to release sales and profits that are above expectations or any hints that they could be, in this dire climate. But, the markets and the general public will not be blind to the fact that some companies or sectors will have blossomed during the pandemic, and some will have grown. If the company have done well with sales and contracts, these will have to be released at some point anyway, they cannot swept under the carpet.

I have been a fan and holder of N4P for a couple of years, Nuvec has so much potential, with many of us believing, as do the company that it could solve many delivery issues for so many vaccines. Obviously we have no idea what is happening behind the scenes which is frustrating, and wonder why this does not appear to be shouted about from the rooftop etc. Let’s hope that Nigel and his team are doing all they can, to reach out and promote Nuvec to as many companies as they can, and hope N4P can play a big part to help improve people’s lives.

Sky; If you want more precise facts on what is going on over the festive period while everything is closed, go open a cracker and look at the paper inside, this will give you a good update.

And there was me thinking the markets might be quiet today...Nice to see some shares are in festive mood, roll on 29th.
