Just been having a look at the BOU significant shareholders listing, and although the holding and percentages do not add up in my mind, we would collectively amass well over 10%.

we have been sold a story for well over a year now, covid or no covid, I think the general feeling is that it has been too long without anything tangible being said or done, just a line. Put it another way, since the summer 4 other companies I follow, 1 has announced and completed a merger, another 2 in the process of takeovers, and another about to be taken over, now in the final stages, so it can be done in months, even with covid, that is why so many on here are frustrated.

For all we know, a 'couple' of large recent sellers & BRH etc will come running to our rescue with a wad of cash they profited after so kindly shafting the SP recently, they might do it from the goodness of their heart, compassion or more likely tax reasons because of where they rescide....cheers guv, doffing ones cap, touching ones forelock etc.

and also because we are still on AIM

Might need a bit of humble pie to walk away without blemish or just a little bruising, even if they withdraw to notice of intent, will the damage already have been done to them? As others have said, this could actually do LSAI much good if the definition action is proved unfounded, and verify status enhanced.

Bromley; just thought I would take TKR234’s thinking into a question. For me, not a clue who might or even if. Though I do think think two outcomes, yes we are taken over, or, we continue to grow by natural growth and our by our own acquisition of others, and become one of the big boys in our own right. GM and his ever expanding team are doing a stellar job, and as an already multi national company with bases in the UK, France, and US, covering differing sales territories and therefore able to negotiate around red tape, there is no reason in my mind why GM and his team cannot hold there own amongst the big players as they grow.

If they come out in our corner it would be interesting, they appear to be massive.

If Bliss have already admitted to manipulating the data, I cannot see how bringing a case of defamation against LSAI is go to do themselves any favours, as their character will immediately be brought into question, surely an own goal, and poorly advised bringing this action? When all LSAI appear to have done is highlight this wrong doing, trying to hoodwink people who might read reviews for example?
