I think our good Captain is a bit of a dark horse, I think he might be playing games. He knows NCYT is rapidly becoming a market leading ocean fairer in both research and testing, sales about to sky rocket...(come on Jan sales figures), yet he does not want to appear disloyal to his beloved paddle steamer SS AVCT, loyal as a Captain should be.......so, rather than jump ship, he is hoping NCYT will gobble up his old steamer with some small change, and then be part of the ocean liner that is NCYT, even if it means being demoted to being on the poop deck, he will not mind as he has joined the winning team without losing face..he is therefore in my mind a genius.

I think NCYT are doing fine as they are...they will hopefully soon reach £14 a share without the need of stock consolidation as has happened at AML. (20:1)

Hi Hundal, re-read your post several times, and I think I has seen your problem? The broker has made 2 purchases, whereas you only wanted the 1 batch? So yes, you need to speak to your broker, ASAP!!, but then it might be your word against theirs, unless you have it on transaction history that you only hit buy once? Need to speak to them, pronto!

When you buy shares you enter into a contract with the broker. When you buy these shares, you should see a settlement date against the purchase. If you do not settle by this date you have defaulted. Never been through this scenario myself, but am guessing they could sell other shares from your account, and charge an admin fee or take the shares back and again charge a fee. Either way, you will loose out...this is as I understand it.

Great to see the positive vibe and sentiment has returned, it has been missing far too long. NDAs do not help imho, as although we know things are going on, there is no meat on the bones for us to chew over. Hopefully the SP will climb back up to, or near to where it was before the placing, then the buzz will really return. GLA.

We had a great rise last week up to 12.5p after the excellent RNS, all it has done this week is retract back down, so I am not sure what to make of it, but do not think it was a P&D exercise as such.
