Haha. This made me laugh actually:-
“RE: £1+ PER SHAREToday 16:43
Benja,
Are you still drunk? Or are you trying to compete for must stupid poster on this board?
If the latter you have no chance....“
Darkenergy must be including himself in that statement!
Great point Peter.
For anyone who has any doubt about what this means have a look at ‘Oilman Jim’ / Daniel Day Lewis on Twitter. Completely unsubstantiated comments about EUA, no RNS has yet proven what he has said about the company. It’s quite shameful that someone can do that and potentially cost a fellow investor thousands of pounds in earnings. It’s a shame that people cant see how unreasonable that is.
I’d imagine the obsession with shorters is the confusing information that they propagate within BB’s and on Twitter etc to cause unrest in the PI’s minds and potentially a sell off.
No company should be ramped or deramped. If a LTH believes the BOD, the NOMAD and the RNS’ with the regulation that exists within companies why should they be put off by disingenuous comments made by people with an ulterior motive?
Conversely someone is legally able to short a share if they disagree with the above. Why the need for lies or untruths to promote their position?
I agree. I sold AVCT holding this week, was really pleased with it, 33p entry and £1.50 exit but I was worried about the Mcap and promise of a product verses our mcap and physical sales results. It might go in to great things and ok the fight against cancer and c-19 I hope it does but it was a bit too risky for me. Used profit to buy more here
Ah yes that makes more sense, thanks Spikeyj, I was out on my morning walk when I read your message earlier so clearly multitasking doesn’t suit me.
I guess all the ramping and deramping in the world won’t change the details in the RNS.
I’m not ramping now when I refer all to the recent RNS’ regarding our new NOMAD, numerous NED’s, licenses etc. Annual results should be out soon, it will be interesting to see what sales were last year with the rising palladium price and very high Rhodium prices at the end of last year plus the forward looking statements. No need to ramp a suspended share
Morning Frank
“RE: What a rideToday 00:13
Nothing gained on ramping a suspended stock, so what, therefore are the benefits of de-ramping the stock in this light. jesu, louise. never went to that hypocrisy class.“
The benefits of deramping a suspended share is that when it comes out of suspension the shareholders who are perhaps nervous and have been taken in by the negativity sell and potentially the share price drops as well you know. Not hypocrisy, they are polar opposites.
Nothing to gain from ramping a suspended share. Based on what we know from RNS posted previously I believe that we will have a very good update within the next 6 weeks detailing the offer(s) received, partial or full company / asset sale, special dividend if asset sale only. Absolutely no reason to ramp the share price, the facts will be the facts in due course. My version may be wrong but it’s what I believe to be the case.
Unfortunately I was late to the game buying these shares and some of the LTH’s will know more than me about how good this company is. What today’s results say is not only how good the current product is (to produce sales of 12 times previous annual revenue in two months) but also what that cashflow will mean for future product development and market accessibility. Unfortunately some people can’t see past this being AIM listed or having a 30p share price 6 months ago, the true value is way beyond the current mcap.
I’m not sure on the second part of your question. I don’t know who can call for suspension.
Re the clarification of their relationship they have clarified which part of the bank they are dealing with but no more, personally I think that’s a stalling tactic but no one other than the NOMAD or BOD will know for sure
I guess that depends on how much of a deal they want to achieve. The share price currently is far too low based on the projected profit from low cost, high yield, open pit mining so I would imagine that the board wouldn’t want the share price to be eroded while they flesh out a deal with one or more interested party. As I understand it there are two banks representing parties (VTB and CITIC) so if they clarify the relationship with one I would suggest that this could jeopardise the relationship with the other.
If I missed an RNS stating that VTB were no longer involved apologies but I’m sure I haven’t seen that.
“RE: EUAToday 18:22
@Andre01 "I did my research "
Are you saying PIs that had shares in companies that delisted did not do their research? Unfortunately, it can happen and we no longer have that possibility which is great. To the gang, you can claim you were not scared AT ALL but am sure you were bricking it.
@Luc, Don't remember speaking to LL anywhere else but here.“
Ethio, you were the only one who was ‘bricking it’. You seem to have done well in other investments, good for you, move on and please stop insinuating that we all share in your fear.
Actually Ethio you live on this BB. You have made more comments than a lot of other people, myself included. I don’t really know why you are so aggressive. I hope you find peace somehow but I hope it isn’t too close to me as I doubt we would get on.
