I think I am right in saying that the annual report needs to be provided within 6 months of year end (31/12/2019) under AIM rules.

Not only have we got the new NOMAD being announced to look forward too this week, the license Alex provided details of, ongoing work at WK, sale of assets (MT probably but who knows what else), sale of last years PGM’s, I’ve probably missed a few.

Oh yeah and the special dividend to share those profits!

This week should be a good one for official news!

Surely if you had the office open over a bank holiday weekend to tie up loads of ‘issues’ you wouldn’t be wasting time answering the phone on a bank holiday Monday.....

Especially if a fee is charged. I can’t believe that you can charge for financial advice without being regulated!

In very basic terms, new license approved today on Russian regulators website, no official RNS but then you can’t without a NOMAD, clearly positive things are afoot, my conservative guess is:-

1) - announcement of nomad next week
2) - confirmation of sale of MT at .75p per share
3) - special dividend of .20p announced
4) - JV to mine enhanced WK area using profit from sale less special divi
5) - share unsuspended with upward trajectory, initially some will sell and take profits which will keep the price down from the true value of a minimum of £1.00 which is a given bearing in mind the positive news above.

Hall we need now is the RNS to confirm.

I’ve tried to temper my posts, I’ve tried to be balanced and to not come across as a ramper but after the tweet the other day with the machinery, todays news on the license and the last two RNS’s being positive about the suspension and a look back at my research notes on the company in April 2018 I have absolutely no doubt at all that we are in for a fantastic end to May. No one knows if we will get £1.50 a share for MT and a JV on the enhanced WK site or what special dividend we will be offered or what the opening price will be but the one thing I am sure of is that the BOD won’t let us down, if they do they are letting themselves down!

Onwards and upwards to a very good return.

I agree with this:-

My personal belief is that it has been and the delay is because it suits, we are controlling the timeline.”

I understand, based on someone’s post yesterday, that we need to advise the market once a NOMAD is appointed but surely we need to sign a contract with the NOMAD, if we do then we can sign this when it suits us. If that’s the case then why not wait until you can RNS the full details of what they want to tell the market.

Sorry to hear about your operation. We all have different reasons for investing and to someone £500 is amazing and to others it’s nothing so I guess when you get a forum of likeminded investors together you can’t really say that anyone’s opinion has priority as we all have different priorities! Anyway I hope your operation is successful and that we do well here.

The harsh comment was aimed at your comment regarding Ian’s game. I just felt it wasn’t really needed when all Ian has tried to do is keep spirits up.

Matt, sorry to hear about your tip to your friends. You shouldn’t feel bad, they can do their own research, it’s difficult when recommending shares, my mate suggested INTU, they have dropped like a stone and may not be around, i have played a few duff ones back, not sure if he has ever taken the advice or not and I didn’t invest in INTU although it sounded good at the time!

That’s a bit harsh. Good on Ian for keeping the game going and giving us something to focus on. It hasn’t helped the suspension but then what has? I think we would all prefer to see something from the company to allay our fears but it’s out of our hands.

I also agree with Matt sentiment in that patience has been lost by him and probably a few others. Let’s hope for the best by 7am on 29th May and see where we are then.
