Right now AFC isn't about finishing the S Series, it's about finishing the HFC in January and getting it out on sites ASAP.

I watched at the open as AFC sat level whilst ITM, CWR and PPS were all marked down 2.3% at the open. Those three then dropped more, and instantly AFC was marked down to keep it in line with them. This to me is market manipulation, because the stocks are not going up or down based on supply and demand. Hopefully the ii's will see these stocks as cheap, which they are, just based on the value of their IP, without the actual business and other assets.

I'm guessing this is the usual attempt at internet abuse and defamation by MPO. I have the con man filtered so I don't have to read the garbage he spouts.

Extreme E "with 60kW chargers planned for 2022"

As I said before on this very board, as a comment regarding that part of the video, I expect Extreme E to procure an HFC and use it alongside the L Series. They don't 'need it' though, so long as the cars are fully charged prior to the race then they just do what they do now and top up as they go, which worked fine all last season, and 60kW chargers won't change that. HFC just means they can charge up faster, which is better for the logistics, nicer for the battery, and less worry for the team.

It's Methanol, not Ethanol. Putting Ethanol in it would be like putting petrol in your diesel car.

AFC has not been in a better position since it listed in April 2007, FACT.

AFC now has commercial fuel cells to sell, FACT.

AFC has a pipeline of over 50 qualified (heavily vetted and definitely wanting our FC systems) sales leads in it's pipeline, FACT.

AFC has put together a huge factory and over 100 staff so that it can build the systems it EXPECTS TO SELL, FACT.

AFC have created an HFC to bridge the gap to the S Series, so that it can fulfil clients requirements imminently, rather than wait until later this year for the S Series. Clearly the clients want it, otherwise AFC would not have gone to the lengths of adapting the S Series chemistry to create it, FACT.

If I wrote down everything that I expect from AFC this year I would be writing the equivalent of War And Peace.

The AFC Fuel Cell at Extreme E was successful in 2021.
There is no reason to expect the contract not to be renewed, it may well have already been renewed as 2021 season is over and 2022 season has already been declared.
AFC and Extreme E may see the renewal as 'Business As Usual' and therefore not worthy of it's own RNS. AFC would just announce that it continued in the Final Results RNS.

Not an oversight at all, to me it's a pretty obvious continuation of business, not something I feel is necessary to declare specifically in such a post.

Yeah, they want the genset hire companies to take them, but in the meantime the lease option works very well for them, as it offers the same level of support and guarantees, low annual costs, tax advantages, easy upgrading, etc. The only thing hire offers extra is very short term use, but Mace can just move them from site to site in the near term, or go with all the long term sites first.

I'd say looking at the AGM now is a bit premature, as it isn't going to happen until April, and by then we should have several lease sales and quite possibly site deployments of the HFC. By the time the AGM arrives, things should look very different, especially the MCap.

Loads of lease sales of HFC generators running on Hydrogen.
ABB to integrate an HFC with their EV charger and Battery Storage
Acciona to take an HFC for short term construction site testing, followed by leasing of many units
Mace to take an HFC for short term construction site testing, followed by leasing of many units
Several new products, possibly an Ammonia Cracker, possibly an Electrolyser, possibly a new Direct Ammonia Fuel Cell, (mentioned in the video) which does not require an Ammonia Cracker
Plus all the things AFC said they had in their plans in the year end update

There are several Ammonia Cracker manufacturers Globally, many in India and China, but still a few elsewhere. Just search Google for Ammonia Cracker Manufacturer and there you go. Obviously AFC would like UK produced Ammonia Crackers, and he is putting that out there for academia and industry to respond to, but they can certainly get off the shelf one's easily enough, if I can find them in a few seconds on Google I'm sure they have found a lot more with some time spent looking around and via networking.

This one in Germany looks pretty good, as they offer many different sizes and they appear to be modular so can always go bigger as a bespoke system. Likely better built than those from India or China too.

Taylor Construction Plant Limited H2 Generator uses Intelligent Energy Fuel Cell (which is PEM) and is 1kW but they can do up to 5kW. This is well below AFC's minimum spec, so plenty of scope for AFC to supply them with bigger generators, which their clients are probably crying out for. And the fact that TCPL already have a great distribution network for Hydrogen cylinders, puts them in prime place to take AFC HFC generators on Lease.

I work in the finance industry. The majority of my research is done in my spare time, I don't post things the minute I find them unless they are hot news, I keep them in open tabs on my browser (34 tabs open right now). Right now I'm at lunch. Other times I can multi task or may be waiting for a report to run or waiting on e-mail replies, etc.

I don't trade anything, I have no trading accounts of any type (dealing, spread bet, forex, etc). All my shares are in certificate form, where they can't be lent to shorters.
