It's not ALL about big companies and Gov't. I'd bet that many of the 50+ qualified sales leads are not big companies (as in Global blue chip billion pounders, which is what I call big) but smaller fleet owners with a few bases in the UK only, or even one. This is evident in AB's comment that of the 50+ qualified sales leads, 'some' will be multi system.
Gov't are unlikely to give AFC contracts anyway, as it will be the companies that won the tenders that will buy/lease from AFC, companies like builders that need to replace diesel gensets.
It's no all pie in the sky either, we have 50+ qualified sales leads, which means AFC have vetted all enquiries and whittled down the list to those that AFC see as near term buyers, with the right demand for the product, that show they are very serious about taking AFC systems, that provide the right level of engagement and senior level contact to get the deals over the line.
