If the results are, as SMS stated, in line with the previous guidance (trading update), and they had previously advised it was staffing issues at PWC, and they did not give a different reason when the delay was extended, then they do not need to clear up any mystery, they don't have to explain anything, it's already been explained as far as they are concerned, and if the market got the wrong ideas about the delay despite being told, then that is the markets problem.

The USA stock price drop is due to their interest rate decision and policy going forward. As far as I am aware, the interest rate and policy in USA has nothing to do with the UK, as we have our own interest rate, which was announced at 12:00pm today, and we have our own policy going forward which is in the MPC meeting minutes, also announced at 12pm today.

Whether it affects the UK market much tomorrow is anyone's GUESS, as the UK market will also be affected by it's own economic news at 7am tomorrow, and it can be affected by news from the EU economics, or Ukraine/Russia, or the Brent Crude price hitting $110.78 right now (having hit $113.99 earlier. So GUESS away, who cares, AFC is a raging buy at this price and will be even more of a raging buy at a lower price.

Yeah, the results will be excellent, if they were not in line with the trading update then they would have had to announce that today, so no worries.

Then add on the Q1 trading is going really well, including the sign up of Estee Lauder, and it's all primed to go back above £5 in the next few days, as the ii's and HNW/UHNW load up.

Yes, UAP is an off-grid design, in order to guarantee it is zero emissions, which is also stated as one of their design elements. As these are designed for inner city or airport locations, they can't put a field of Solar power next to them. AFC's are in the design.

Strange to see it flatline for so long once it moved up. Maybe it's being held here while their ii mates load up.

I added yesterday as well (posted the trade details on here at the time), just a small one to round up to the nearest 1000, but still, good timing.

It was put through at mid price to hide if it was a buy or sell. The SP didn't go either way right after it, so no real way to know what it was.

Well SMS was adamant that the results would be in line with the Year End trading update, which stated "Trading continues in line with market expectations, delivering very strong like-for-like revenue and gross profit/net revenue growth well ahead of the previous guidance".

Later RNS also stated "The Company believes that the results for 2021 remain within the range of market expectations and continued to trade strongly in the first two months of 2022", so the Q1 trading update should give a further boost to the SP when it is released (tomorrow? Monday?).

As clearly stated by the CEO to the press, if there was anything material (aka skeletons in the cupboard) he and PWC would have had to announce it to the market under the regulations on disclosures. By declaring this to the public he is stating that he KNOWS the rules/law and that he and PWC were not breaking said rules/law as there was nothing material to announce.

Looking forward to the US market open, when the US fund managers like Permian Investment Partners start work.

We could also get a separate Q1 Trading Update RNS tomorrow, as last Year it was released on 4 May.

So long as the results are IN LINE with the trading update (no surprises to the negative) then this should go straight back to 550p, as the only reason it is down is because of the RISK of something negative in the accounts, once that risk is removed tomorrow, straight back to 550p.

SFOR is down 40% because of worry that there 'might' be something troubling in the accounts, not because there IS. SMS clearly stated that there is NOTHING troubling in the accounts. Anyone claiming the SMS is lying needs to take that up with Serious Fraud Office or the FCA or the London Stock Exchange, not post their baseless deramping garbage on here just to try and get the price down or keep it down while they load up.

Everyone else should beware of such baseless rumours. What SMS said is NOT a rumour, it is FACT.
