Why are you hung up on the UK?

We do have the red diesel ban in the UK, this is a massive driver towards AFC systems to replace Diesel Gensets.

We do have increased and increasing power prices, which feed through to EV Rapid Charging tariffs and commercial/business rates. This makes our off-grid EV Charging offerings even more attractive to fleet owners.

But then we have ABB which is a GLOBAL supplier, and thus not dependent on UK. And we have deals with Altaaqa, Acciona, etc that are very removed from UK. No doubt we have many clients lined up that have nothing in the UK. So thinking just about the UK is not thinking about who AFC's clients are and where they will use our systems.

Yes, this is why I would not be surprised to see revised figures for the CH-1 targets. If CH-1 figures are revised then those revised figures will alter the figures for the total for Ruvuma, because CH-1 is part of Ruvuma.

We know from AEX presentations that the CH-1 well targets are, including "Jurassic potential
to be tested by Chikumbi-1 - 1.351 TCF" plus we now have CH-1a and CH-1b which might actually be connected but either way they can calculate the GIIP of those 2 accurately now.

And subsequently, this statement is for the wider 3D update expected later this Year:

"Moreover, the 3D seismic data will refine and hopefully confirm the exploitable gas resources of the Ntorya gas-field in which APT's revised mapping and internal management estimates currently suggest a risked prospective gas in place ("GIIP") of 3,024 Bcf (gross basis, mean case) within multiple reservoir sand lobes and a prospective risked recoverable gas resource of 1,990 Bcf (gross basis, mean case)."

Absolutely!

With the new Seismic data giving ARA a high clarity 3D view of the targets, it will give them much more accurate dimensions, and therefore volume, which means a more accurate calculation for the gas in place. This would be something that is already an algorithm in the computer software used to analyse the data. So I would not be surprised to see revised TCF figure for the targets for the CH-1 well.

You are saying that a total of 407 RNS since then are ALL basically 'nothing'.

Things that have happened include bringing in ARA and getting a $35m carry to commercial revenues that will make AEX a highly profitable gas producer. Another thing is ARA upping the " estimated gross unrisked Mean GIIP" for Ruvuma (in 2021) to 8.236TCF as per slide 11 of the 2022 AG presentation.

I did say a few weeks ago that TPDC would probably build the pipeline and were likely already looking at that so it's built by the time the gas is ready to go.

Glad I was on the ball again.

So no need for us to pay for the pipeline, equals more money to spend drilling wells as part of our free carry costs.

Interesting how shareholders believe they know how SCIR should run its business and strategy. What qualifications in this area do said shareholders have, that the Directors do not? Is it just a case of "we're not making money, we're impatient, do something else" instead of waiting to see how the strategy develops with the cash SCIR are getting from ARA?

It'll be interesting to see what comes from the meeting, especially if this group of shareholders suddenly become bullish and send the price up to a more realistic one.

Director General of TPDC, Dr. James Mataragio said during the visit of the Wakurungezi Board:

"Currently we are in the process of starting to build a pipeline that will be 35 kilometers from the Ntorya area to the Madimba Gas Processing Plant in Mtwara Region," he said.

He said that the pipeline construction activities have started and that they are in the process of talking to financial institutions to build the pipeline.

"We have started doing a feasibility study to find out how much the cost of building the pipeline will be," he said.

TPDC board starts work, visits Mtwara and Lindi

The Board of Directors of the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC) led by the retired Secretary General, Ambassador Ombeni Sefue has made a working visit to visit projects for the exploration, development and production of natural gas in Lindi and Mtwara regions.

Speaking after seeing the 3D seismic data collection works in the Ruvuma block run by ARA Petroleum Tanzania, Ambassador Sefue said "The use of natural gas in this country has continued to increase day by day so the work being done in this block aims to increase our production of natural gas to match the growth rate of its demand”. Ambassador Sefue expressed his satisfaction with the ongoing work in the Ruvuma block and asked ARA Petroleum Tanzania to continue with that pace to match the investments being made in the country which largely require energy.

On his part, the CEO of TPDC, Dr. James Mataragio explained how TPDC, as the holder of all oil and gas exploration blocks in the country, cooperates with investors in the upstream to ensure that the activities of exploration and development of these resources continue at a fast pace. Dr. Mataragio said "TPDC in collaboration with investors have continued to carry out various professional works with the aim of ensuring that we develop our gas and oil sector and match the increase in demand for natural gas domestically and abroad".

In addition, the General Manager of ARA Petroleum Tanzania, Ndg. Erhan Saygi explained their expectations as a company is to produce gas in the wells of Ntorya 1, Ntorya 2 and Chikumbi 1 which is in preliminary preparation. "We have planned to complete the collection of seismic data in November and start drilling the Chikumbi 1 well which will be the third in this block early in 2023". Ndg. Erhan also explained that their expectation is to produce 60 million cubic feet per call (60mmscfd) to begin with and the production will continue as the demand for gas will be.

I see SCIR hitting 8x to 10x in the next 12 months, hence have now bought some and will hold for that. Just wait until the renewables deals start dropping and the price shoots up, then see how much your history lessons are worth LOL!
