As I said, and he's doing a wonderful job of proving it, he's either:

1) Clueless
2) A con man
3) A clueless con man

I look at AEX as being >95% risk free based on:

1) The gas is in the ground, and it's going into production with tasty revenues to AEX (based on the results of nearby Likonde and Ntorya wells, the chances of no gas up-dip at Chikumbi are IMVHO minuscule).
2) ARA are in control, and so far they are doing an outstanding job (way less to worry about than with AEX as operator IMVHO)
3) AEX is fully funded to production and revenues, so none of the funding worries that are usually associated with AIM, and especially with O&G and Mining companies

Anyone talking about a drop of 4.55% as if it matters a fook at this stage of the game is either:

1) Clueless
2) A con man
3) A clueless con man

EOG news also right on the back of huge market jitters over Putin's nuclear threat. That will hopefully be history by the time AEX does it's spud.

EOG well has also been announced as "The well will be plugged and abandoned after completion of all drilling operations." so pretty much a non event as far as production goes, whereas the AEX well will be the trigger for pipeline build by the Tanz Gov't and brought to production as planned.

ITM dropped a load on its results and big losses a few weeks ago, today it's CWR's turn after announcing its losses (despite only putting in bullet points the gross profit, but anyone in the finance industry or HNW/UHNW would not fall for that and look instead at the bottom-line losses).

CWR down 16.8% right now and still falling, dragging the sector down like ITM did.

But of course, DetergentWarrior and his con men mates like Garmoan KNOW that ITM and CWR are so much better than AFC because they both have SALES (yes, total BS as we all know, and the market is pointing out right now with CWR and ITM)

MID of 1.125p is still wrong. BID is still shown as 1.05p, ASK at 1.2p, but the sells are at 1.12 and the buys are at 1.187p, so the MID is actually 1.1535p

About time the MM's marked the price up so the MID is 1.3p, as sells are at 1.1111 and buys are at 1.15, so the MID is definitely no longer 1.10p.

I just did a test and got quoted 1.1p to sell 1m (obvs didn't accept, it was just a test). So we are able to sell at MID price! Demand is definitely there.

I'm not sure what the meeting could achieve, as the Ruvuma sale is legally binding?

SCIR also tell shareholders that if they want to invest in Tanzania, take your money and sod off, presumably to AEX, APT or other Tanzania O&G company!!

And the deal that SCIR signed with ARA is 'binding' so no backing out now, not legally anyway.

I see SCIR uploaded a doc to their website which states this as follows:

The Board believes that this general meeting has been called by a small group of
shareholders who do not support the sale of the Company’s interest in the Ruvuma Asset
and who continue to fight a rear-guard action in an attempt to reverse the disposal, despite
such disposal being (a) approved by over 63 per cent. of voting Shareholders at the
extraordinary general meeting of the Company on 29 June 2022; and (b) wholly in accord
with the Company’s investing policy (the “Investing Policy”) which was approved by 99.6
per cent of voting Shareholders at the Company’s annual general meeting on 9 July 2021.

The documentation governing the disposal is legally binding between the Company and
ARA Petroleum Tanzania Ltd (“APT”) and once all the conditions precedent have been
fulfilled, the disposal of the Ruvuma Asset to APT will complete. There is therefore no
legally permissible way for the Company to renege on the disposal to APT.

Moreover, in the Board’s opinion the matters raised by the Resolutions have been
addressed a number of times in recent communications from the Company, including most
recently at the Company’s AGM held on 3rd August 2022, noting that none of the
Requisitioning Shareholders attended. As a result, the Requisition Notice and the general
meeting convened pursuant thereto represent a waste of the Company’s time and
resources, in particular due to the Company having to respond again to queries which it
has already fully disposed of.

The Board recommends that shareholders VOTE AGAINST all resolutions and
addresses each resolution in turn below.
