QFI's current enterprise value (Market Cap) is £16m.

So if Morocco goes to commercial supply, it should as a minimum double the share price, and Utah should add another minimum 1.16p to the share price on top.

MSC is mahoooooosive in comparison to Morocco and Utah, so go figure on where the share price will be if that goes commercial too.

I'm not sure whether you are trying to make a point, or if you are just throwing numbers on here out of curiosity?

The simple facts are that Acciona have taken the Power Tower, as have other construction companies. If it made no sense, they would not have done it.

It's NOT just about the output or the cost of fuel, there are many factors involved in these companies' decisions to take the Power Tower.

Carbon emissions
NOx emissions
Particulate emissions
Other exhaust pollution
Genset noise
Rising cost of fossil fuels
Security of fuel supply without the huge spikes that affect fossil fuels
Clients wanting lower emissions construction
Construction companies wanting to be the best in their industry for the environment
Moving ahead of the curve towards the Hydrogen Economy

PR 1 and SK 301 are only 1000HP so being smaller than Caroil 3 I have ruled those out.

From.what I can see, Carol 3 is a 1200hp rig, but Sakson have land rigs going up to 3000hp.

But that agreement was when AEX were operator.

2 years later ARA became operator, so there is no guarantee that the agreement with Sakson still stands with ARA. With change of operator, the agreement would as a minimum have to be renegotiated with ARA to 1) Make it an agreement between ARA and Sakson 2) To update the cost which is going to be 2 years out of date 3) Validate the ARA accepting the Sakson rig as suitable.

We do not know which rig will be used. What we do know is that ARA have not mentioned using the Caroil rig. ARA stated they were looking at shipping a rig to Tanzania. The Caroil rig has likely remained in Tanzania since we last used it, so if it was going to be used on CH-1a there would be no need for ARA to ship a rig to Tanzania. Thus my logic tells me that ARA will not be using the Caroil rig.

On top of that, the Caroil rig (and many agree on this) is not up to the high pressures that the rig is expected to encounter at CH-1a. This means ARA need to use a bigger/better/beefier rig, so as to avoid damage to the well by having to use heavier mud weights like those they had to use at NT-2 which damaged the well bore and have restricted the flow on it. ARA do not want that situation to happen with CH-1a, they want a nice clean well bore with unrestricted commercial flow rates in line or better than predicted.

ARA are a company that operates well ahead of the curve. Being able to say that the spud WILL happen in November could mean that ARA has already shipped a rig to Tanzania, as per their plan way back in 2020 to get long lead items organised. What they said in 2020, that is their way of working and thus applies as much to then as it does now. Up to ARA if they want to announce the rig or not, it's not a price sensitive event (like spudding is) to ship a rig when you've already told the market when the spud will happen, as it's logical to anyone that a rig will need to be in place to drill the well, it's part of operations not a financially impacting event.

You do understand what a technology demonstration is? And you do understand that Solar Cells only work in daylight hours?

Maybe tell Acciona and other construction companies to use Solar on inner city construction sites, at night too, see what they say!

There are no competitors.

If there's a merger it would have to be a company worth less than £17m, otherwise it is a reverse takeover because QFI MCap is only £17m.

More likely I think is a merger deal with a Biofuel manufacturer that can provide the feedstock for BioMSAR and some cash flow from their existing operations.

The investor conference call tomorrow is not to be missed!

I wonder if the ii's are getting a private meeting today with the QFI BoD, hence the delay of the open meeting until tomorrow?

Fitzy, it's a possibility, but I'd expect them to wait until at least Morocco proves the product can sell. Each positive step derisks QFI, so as we go through Morocco trial/sales agreement, and MSC LONO's up and running, the risk for a big oiler drops.

Who cares? It will be a lot higher once the Morocco trials complete and a fuel supply agreement is signed, and a lot higher once MSC trials then get underway.

Right now it is a bargain for buyers. Nobody should be selling at this stage unless they desperately need the money.

I'd say possibly a low ball would be 25p and a fair offer being 35p, due mainly to the BioMSAR and MSAR IP and the current clients close to sales agreements. Probably pushing it to expect more than 40p though.

Your book is missing a few pages then. First option is fund raising, second option is project finance, third option is strategic investor, fourth option is JV, fifth option is merger or takeover by another company with a load of cash.
