I doubt that very much. AFC is in no way linked to Nasdaq. Also, ITM, CWR and PPS didn't get the same volume jump at 4pm, so I see it as solely to do with AFC, not external factors like Nasdaq.

This is what it says in the 2019 and 2020 annual reports:

"AFC Energy’s patented Alkaline Fuel Cell affords the flexibility of using low grade hydrogen streams (in some cases measured as low as 75% when cracking ammonia) with the opportunity to displace precious metals either entirely or to a greater extent than alternative low temperature fuel cells in the market today."

Absolutely!!

RoJo is not being skeptical, he's a con man trying to talk the price down, same as he's been doing forever.

Anyone looking at AEX should quickly understand that ARA are the operator and AEX in non operational and carried for $35m to production revenues. AEX clearly state this in RNS. So con man RoJo trying to pull the wool and make out timelines have anything to do with AEX is blatant disinformation.

Chart shows QFI reached 50p at the end of 2013. The intraday price went above 50p a few days too (look at a bar chart).

At that time, QFI had circa 773m shares in issue, so it had a MCap of £386.5m

Today it has 1,407m in issue. For a MCap of £386.5m the share price now would be 27.47p.

It is of course still possible that QFI in a few years could become a multi-Bn valued company, for those with the time and willpower to hang on for it.

I think with MSC taking our fuels commercial, a MCap of £750m is entirely possible by the end of 2023.

I'm now just looking forward to the S Series announcement(s) which must surely be soon. Along with the Power Tower trial RNS's also expected, this looks like a good time for AFC to bounce right back from the wider market doldrums. AB is sure to hit the milestone and bag the £1m payment, he has a knack of hitting milestones and the full AFC resources will be working hard to achieve it.

Commercial Highlights:

First commercial order of S Series liquid cooled fuel cell system received from ABB worth up to £4m
o High power density system
o Initially to be configured for EV charging use in grid constrained environments

I guess you didn't check the date of the document LOL! It's from 2019. MSC have been blending Biofuel with HFO commercially for years. The fact they want our cheaper options speaks volumes.

Bremerhaven is a no brainer for these trials, as it gives data from virtually identical vessels but almost in parallel, rather than having to do consecutive on one vessel and taking twice as long.

The below stated in 2020, but the November spud date was advised a LONG time ago, so rig and long lead items will have been sorted a LONG time ago by ARA, because that's clearly how they work.

"With the well now confirmed it provides the basis for contracting the necessary services to execute the programme. APT will now progress with securing the Long Leads Items including the well head and rig. The joint venture will look at the option for an early mobilisation of the rig to Tanzania in order to mitigate against one of the key uncertainties on the timeline to spud."

Absolutely!

Unless ARA say different, the 3D will be evaluated in time to spud in November, and long lead items like the rig are already in the bag so that they cannot impact the spud date.

On MSC supply, I'm sure JM said they were dealing with an existing MSC fuel supplier. In a similar way to the Maersk trial where CEPSA already supplied Maersk which simplified fuel supply, the MSC supplier will make the fuel (in batches) for the same reasons.

I'll have to listen to the recording again to confirm that, but that's how I heard it first time round.

And of course, we already know from ARA's planning that the rig will (has likely already been) delivered to Tanzania well ahead of the spud date, as they clearly identified rig delivery as a potential delay, which they would avoid by planning ahead.

AEX would not have stated in RNS that the well is still on schedule without checking with ARA first, as they would not want to be responsible for misleading investors, they know full well their responsibilities under the listing and FCA regulations.
