I cannot see them doing that. If they were going to to that they would already have done it instead of farming in, as they could have just bought AEX out instead. It's clearly not on of their aspirations to be London listed.

I'll add that if those are the best you can come up with as devils advocate, we have nothing to worry about.

2D Seismic has already been done and the results are known. 3D currently being done is to clarify the 2D to a much higher resolution and therefore detail for drilling purposes, so it's always possible that it won't add resources, but it can't take any away!

As for an offer for the company, this will ALWAYS be at a decent premium on the share price and therefore a PROFIT for any shareholder that buys at any time, so there is nothing negative about it, we just take our increased money and invest it elsewhere, simple. Whether you think it will be at £500m or not is irrelevant, it's a profit.

How do you suggest they do that? The BoD will tell investors to reject a low offer for the company, and the investors will do just that. If a company tried a hostile takeover by buying the stock on the open market, they would soon find the MCap rocketing and having to pay us 10 bagger prices anyway, so either way, we win.

You are not paying much attention to what is being said. The MCap is already £19m. The suggested MCap in the future is £500m or £0.5Bn, not £0.5m.

Also in the bag is "Cumulative tax losses of £60.0m potentially available for set-off against future profits."

Put that against "even modest adoption of MSAR or bioMSAR could generate material revenues and take the company to sustainable profitability." and we can see that the tax losses will give QFI an opportunity to build up the business quickly, as they are unlikely to pay any tax until they have recovered to £60m already spent. They could even give shareholders a 'special dividend' quite early, to thank us for sticking with them through the ups and downs.

If they had £75.22m in revenues, they could easily give out a dividend that is more than the current share price, therefore, buying at this price you'd get your money back and still hold the shares.

The only way I can see them getting production from Ntorya in the next 12 months, is to build the pipeline ahead of CH-1a completion and testing. That explains the TPDC working on that right now.

I disagree. Shipping companies can put huge pressure on bunkering companies and in turn refiners (several are both). All those shipping companies at the conference could have contacted their bunker fuel suppliers already, and asked them about the potential to supply BioMSAR/MSAR if the trials are a success. Said bunker/refinery companies would then have to look into it with QFI.
