How long to "positive cashflows" determines any need for further funding in the short term. QFI have enough cash to last a year, so they would need to get Morocco commercialised within the next 6 months I'd suggest, in order to start receiving that "positive cashflow".

There's no way the news provider could know how much gas the 3D Survey indicates for the whole of Ruvuma, as all of that data has only just been acquired but has not been analysed yet.

They could know the CH-1a well target size, where that Seismic has been analysed to confirm the positioning of CH-1a. If they are saying that CH-1a is targeting 1.6TCF, that is news to us, isn't it?

I disagree because even in a recession stock still DO re-rate.

Currently AFC is about 1/5 of the value of its peers. Once the sale of systems kick-off it is a clear signal for a rerating to a valuation closer to its peers (because they have sales, and now so does AFC).

To ii's and HNW/UHNW looking for bargains, as they do in recessions, AFC becomes much lower risk, and at the same time high potential to reduce its cash burn rate and head towards becoming a profitable company that is then very attractive to other investors, which means getting in at the trigger point (sales starting) they can then wait for others to drive the price up over time.

Nobody investing in stocks is doing it for the benefit of everyone else, not you, not me, not Crusty or anyone else, so believing that Crusty only wants to help others, by (LOL!!) keeping the price down of the stock he has invested in, is a great example of being gullible.

The ONLY reason Crusty wants to reign in optimism is because he's still accumulating the stock and doesn't want the price to pop before he's done. That is the only reason that makes sense, because if he was fully loaded he would want the share price to rocket ASAP so he could bank his profit, regardless of whether the valuation was 'realistic' or 'ahead of itself' or not.

My post from 26/09/2022 below. We've had Acciona and Keltbray Power Tower news, and Mace commenting that their Power Tower would be installed a week after the Keltbray one. More news coming for sure, including an S Series update I think, which would be huge news.

I'm now just looking forward to the S Series announcement(s) which must surely be soon. Along with the Power Tower trial RNS's also expected, this looks like a good time for AFC to bounce right back from the wider market doldrums. AB is sure to hit the milestone and bag the £1m payment, he has a knack of hitting milestones and the full AFC resources will be working hard to achieve it.

I doubt it, as QFI recently did the shareholder conference, and recent RNS, so no need for a speeding ticket. I've seen shares go up 250% recently over a few days, with no speeding ticket.
