It would help if he put which year those dates were in, to avoid confusing people.

These two are 2021 and both on the 4th Friday of the Month:
22 Oct - Ruvuma Operations Update
24 Sept - Award of Seismic Acquisition Contact

Since 2021 the dates look more to be start of the Month, so next week does look to have higher potential for an update.

It's certainly a very complicated project as far as geology and technical factors go. Bit vague to compare it to California for similar oil projects, then say you can't compare the geology LOL!!

I said before this meeting that funding would be signed off once approval was given by this meeting. To state under oath that they own 25% of TOM indicates to me one of the following:

1) The funding was signed off immediately prior to this meeting, hence no time for a UK RNS earlier today from TOM

2) Funding will be signed off on licence approval as I have suggested, and is scheduled in to be done immediately after this meeting (if this is the case then he has not told the truth, as failure to get approval at this meeting (a delay or a no) could stop the funder signing the deal)

3) He's got it all wrong (if this is the case then he has not told the truth)

QFI have clearly been working with Vertoro for a while, as it takes a lot of time and thought to put together all the info that goes into a Patent Application, including all the testing and proving required for the 'examples' section, and to conclude what the claims of the Patent will be. They lodged a joint Patent application on 31 August 2022.

I wonder if they moved the fork lift holes to the side to avoid the fork lift hitting any of the bits on the front or back, and that's the main reason for the bigger footprint?

Look at the hole in the ground in the video from 5 seconds in. It could easily be there. The railings seen upper left of today's image could be the one's along the road on the video, they do look way higher than a closer normal height barrier to me. Look right below the rails and zoom in, looks like a wall of dirt/rock between that and the barrier at normal height which is further down, to me anyway.

HS2 is a very high profile site, any news on it will want to be announced by the client. AFC will have got permission to show the Power Tower, but not mention the site or client.

My money is on the Power Tower being delivered to MACE at their Euston HS2 site.

Mace commented on the Keltbray tweet that theirs was arriving in a week.

Also, if you look at the sides of the image from today, you can see that the Power Tower looks to be in a big hole in the ground, typical of the HS2 Euston site that is building new underground lines etc.

AFC probably agreed to hold back on announcing the who and where of the latest Power Tower deployment, so that the client can do the fanfare, the same as AFC did with Acciona and Keltbray. The way AFC are talking, a BIG announcement is coming from the client.

There was dilution today. Other stocks would have dropped and stayed there, TOM on the other hand recovered nicely, and due to the extra shares issued today, on a fully diluted basis (factoring in the extra shares), I suspect the value of the company actually went up today.
