60 mmscfd = 62,400 MMBTU/d x 365 = 22,776,000 MMBTU/y x $3.44 = $78,349,440 per annum

NOT a 5 month delay to the above, it's happening around 12 months sooner.

I'd rather wait 5 months before drilling and save 12 months to revenues, than wait 17 months after drilling for revenues!!

Unless ii's pick up the year earlier revenues and see or work out the DCF valuations. If they do that then they should get accumulating real soon, way before spud.

Today's news of revenues a year earlier is something I'd expect ii's to pick up on and start accumulating, once they get the research in with the DFC figures.

Also waiting on an update to the CH-1a target size, gleaned from the first batch of 3D. It might come as a separate RNS to the one for the full area surveyed, in which case could also appear before XMas. 50/50 bet.

I did some calculations based on the info I could find. I'm sure some here can verify if these calculations are correct.

You can't base that view off less than an hour of trading LOL!!

See what the price is at the close and I er the next few weeks, then you can see what the market thinks of the news.

It's already bounced and buys are still coming in. I would not be surprised to see it finish where it left off yesterday, or even slightly blue, as the news sinks in over the day that there is no material delay and revenues will actually be almost a year sooner.

There isn't a meaningful delay. The extra 5 months to spud is meaningless, as drilling today would not bring revenues in any quicker.

Not really. They were most likely working their socks off to get the rig there in time. If anything you can blame the rig supplier for not having a rig available, or one of their clients for tying up the rig for longer than the supplier has agreed.

Not really. They were most likely working their socks off to get the rig there in time. If anything you can blame the rig supplier for not having a rig available, or one of their clients for tying up the rig for longer than the supplier has agreed.

TPDC can lay the pipeline all the way to NT-1 and NT-2 right now if they want, and ARA can get on with preparing those wells to connect them to the pipeline. Something to be doing while they wait to drill.

Ok, so I was wrong about ARA getting the rig to Tanzania early, but that's what they told us they planned to do, and we have to take their word for it until they announce something different, like today.

However, I was bang on that TPDC would fast track the pipeline, as they really want that gas flowing.

So it was not a bad view based on the information to hand.

Another buying opportunity when the price levels off then, and I have another £100k coming from inheritance when the Solicitor finally sorts out the CGT and IHT payments.
