RMG needs to be bought up by a bigger and well run company like Deutsche Post. I think RMG is badly run and have seen evidence in person at delivery / sorting facilities. They allow old / permanent staff to do nothing while they use agencies to get cheap labour but the quality of work done by students / non-English speaking housewives are not great.

In the U.K, market abuse is acceptable and encouraged by the FCA in order to attract more trading to London. No acceptable offers until all shorts are covered (with huge profits) as pension funds who loaned them out would lose out on the premium by keeping the collateral.
Just ask HMSO why they declined a good offer, shorts were huge and loaned out by top shareholders. M&C Hotels had to wait 2 years to accept a generous deal. DCG and GNK plunged before offers below highs were accepted.
Itv offer would be below average private investors expectations.

Liberum are useless, they have been telling their clients to buy since 200p and looking for 340p back then. Best thing to do is invest purely for the stable and sustainable divi, loaning out of shares is a big problem for small investors. The big pension funds never sell stable companies but need divi and loan interest payment to meet liabilities. Pension funds don’t care about daily, monthly or even now yearly share valuations.

If we plunge and we get more negative news then I will believe that a takeover is round the corner. Check out the recent takeovers......always plunged before a fake premium offer. The pension funds and managed funds (Woodford & Co.) are getting rebates to allow shares to be knocked off. Best performing U.K fund managers are invested overseas not in the U.K.......a PPI Style redress must be setup.
Real owners of stocks must be asked for permission before loaning out a dividend paying stock that is stable and not trading above P/E 25.

Sky news has always been right, I just hope CNA is pushing for total 20% sale before any RNS. Currently the rumour is about 10% sold so 10% more to sell. Spirit energy must have increased in value too with oil spiking and Saudi under threat.
Debt would be reduced with the proceeds but CNA must find a way of making money outside the Ofgem regulation.
CNA is worth at least £7 billion.

VOD looking better above 160p, debt is still too high while brand power is fading.........ECB’s new QE should make it easier to refinance at lower rates. I still think European companies need to hype their SP like their American counterparts.

Centrica’s nuclear stake is going to be sold soon, sky news / Reuters ran a story about a Korean investment fund ready to buy 20% as early as this week. CNA was solid but Conn must be the insider guy for the shorters. We can’t rule out that he was paid by shorters to screw the company.

Spend less money on old school shows and local old school Brits fronting them and more money producing great dramas / documentaries that have lifetime value. Who wants to watch Kyle show again in next 10 years or the ant & Dec crap shows. There must be a reason why great soaps / dramas / documentaries are being streamed like crazy.

Oh dear, shows that ain’t attracting big ad spend should be axed. The comparison with BBC / Chanel 4 must stop asap and focus should be on competing with Sky.

Vod’s revenue is appalling, should be over £60 billion by now but the company has not moved into growth sectors. Why they wasted billions in India is beyond stupid when they can clearly see that digital advertising and fintech was growing rapidly. I always discount all their EM businesses in countries with weak / unstable currencies. EU has 400 million people, add Russia and other countries with stable currencies. Apple, Facebook, google have made so much money because of 3G / 4g capabilities while we are stuck in the rot.

The shorters control what a ceo can say and when, NR wasn’t allowed to disclose the truth at the very first chance last year.

Most new firms have higher revenues than this old school dumb company. A company that didn’t move with time but got greedy overpaying its execs with bonds and intentionally wasting billions in India and other dumb EMs with $hit currencies.
You can’t lie about poverty and weak currencies in EM countries, only miners and oil companies make money there.

Divi cut was agreed when the new MCBs was issued, only a fool would think that wasn’t the case. FCA would find trail of email, memos between VOD and the syndicate buyers who snapped up the convertibles.

The city is allowed to engage in daylight robbery because regulators are ex-employees. I’m not trading or buying individual shares / bonds anymore........just low cost equity / bond ETFs for now until we get a honest stock exchange. Amazon effect will come into stock exchange business one day and retail traders will be treated same way as brokers..........10p - 20p per trade, low annual account fee, shares / bonds in buyer’s name.

Most U.K CEOs work for big shorters, very stupid not to be clear about the divi last year. The FCA is the most useless regulator in the world. SEC might be a bit over the top but a 60% of SEC would have jailed most MMs and hedgefunds operating in London.
This market is stupid, private investors need their own simple stock exchange with real ownership, online voting, digital share wallets......no dumb custody / nominee ownership crap.

Cutting divi makes sense but no real growth plan, VOD can’t even put a premium on 5G!

Divi had to be cut in this fake economy, telecoms can’t increase prices because of socialist regulators. With all the social media boom and smartphones usage......most telecoms are in a bear market.
I was expecting a fat juicy divi but now need to cry!
Some fools here kept saying divi won’t be cut, haha..........
