The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
EFC partnership.
We have 2 experiences on offer.
The EFC season comprises of 10 events in a year. 1 per month for 10 months then a 2 month break.
We know the prices. How many experiences are available? If we know then we can calculate the revenue if they all sell out. Simple transparency which for some reason isn't forthcoming.
Silversprings
Nobody knows the revenues? I disagree. My feeling in Roley knows, we will soon find out.
I've tried and failed to have an open debate on possible revenue from each drop but every time I've been shut down.
If we know the price of an NFT and how many are available in a drop, we can calculate the revenue from a sell out. A simple guideline and a benchmark for what investors can expect.
Spouting we are doing fantastically well with a sell out Gaby Pass means nothing if the revenue during a 6 month period is just $20K.
Drops equate to revenue and we simply haven't seen enough drops to date to justify a higher Mcap.
Silversprings
Unless you have inside info everything is speculation. You for instance have speculated somebody is going to pay multiples of the current Mcap for HeroesNFTClub. Based on what exactly? You refuse to elaborate.
But I'm speculating a cash call is possible because we have changed Broker, one that specialises in helping companies raise funds and its a known red flag on AIM. Also revenue hasn't reached the expected levels to stave off the need for further funding. A requirement iterated by the CEO.
I look forward to the day when you actually contribute something meaningful to this forum other than being a rather inept sycophant.

I've been here before when a Company changes its Broker. In fact I contacted the Company directly after a Broker Note was issued and asked if the reason for the Broker change was to facilitate a cash call.
I would told that it wasn't the case. People like you accused me of scaremongering, of being a naysayer, not seeing the bigger picture.
A couple of weeks passed before the inevitable Placing, conducted by the new Broker.
So yes, it's a possibility a raise is being considered.
Now here's a question for you. Has the criteria of big revenue from the deals announced within the last 9 months been met to offset the need for further funding?
Silversprings
With the SP at 0.95 you made your childish statement towards me that "the game was up".
Further to that, our biggest shareholder was baiting others to buy, buy, buy.
When are you pair actually going to get something right?
Imagine knowing there was a change of Broker on the horizon and adding to your position, blissfully unaware of reaction to such news.
Bigger picture my a#se.
As an aside, someone asked today where was it said there would be 100s of drops? Where were you with a response? Remember you called me a liar for stating it, and I provided you with the evidence.
For someone that "gets it" you're doing an excellent impersonation of a clueless dick.
Exciting times

This is brilliant. The guy who maintains he had no prior knowledge to recent fund raises is now claiming he has prior knowledge that there isn't a fund raise.
MyIPA
After the last cash call an investor presentation was held.
One question put to Epstein was regarding the need for further funding. His answer was along the lines of the deals to be announced and the incoming revenue from them would nullify the need to raise again.
Has this criteria been met? The BOD certainly didn't expect the SP to be this low 9 months after they had raised.
Financial update soon will provide more clarity.
Anyone viewed their website? They appear to be very proud of what they do.....
Might be worth looking at Velocys, another AIM company they represent. Currently sitting near all time lows, chart like a ski slope, SP destruction accelerated due to a......
Barry, I'm not sure if you've noticed (probably not because you think the Mcap is £4M) but the BID has to rise 52% to reach 1.3p. I'm not holding my breath.
And I'm certainly not going to listen to someone who claims to not to have sold 1 share, has bought over 260 million shares yet not one of them is in profit and pretends to be an overseas investor with the purpose of misleading other investors.
So now we have employed a "proper" Broker, what made fools like you go around telling everyone that MOS would be a £100M Mcap Company with Peterhouse as a Broker and TMS as a promoter?
When I raised the issue about TMS didn't you state you hadn't heard of them? Epstein went as far as saying they had been recommended to him so he went with them. I wonder who recommended them? Goodfellow?
As stated, bunch of amateurs.
At the beginning of last week you were baiting people to buy more even though you would have been fully aware there was a seller.
I had already made the speculation that the recent selling could be from someone who had free shares and just wanted out.
A debate, like every other debate, you conveniently steer clear of unless it's to offer some kind of abuse.
From experience, a new Broker can mean a new cash call. Such is the game on AIM and shouldn't be overlooked.
When did Goodfellow start dumping and when can we start the seller out ramp?
I wonder who knew about this and was encouraging folk to buy when its now very clear there is a seller.......?
Let's see if a Broker note is issued. That will be the precursor for another raise.
Goodfellow involved with the carnage at Tmor. About time we got rid of this boiler room crew. Expect some grief as the pump and dump crew take some kind of retribution though.
Have we binned the awful TMS too? I did warn them about that involvement.
One problem though, new Broker could mean they are facilitating a cash call.
Oooof, some sense at last. Buyers are just making liquidity to let someone out. Been happening for weeks, hence no movement despite Tr1s.
Making things up?
Recent news, Bitso contract, Bitso jolly, 1 new Tr1, 1 increased Tr1.
SP drops. Why?
Financials are due and news on IGS.
Even someone like me can see that after the guidance Epstein and Burton gave after the 0.18p Placing that things aren't working out like they expected.
But not to worry, when the $75 Atlante season tickets sell out we will be minted.
Exciting times.
Sub 0.9 it is then. Strange considering nobody can buy?
Barry has been integral to the MOS leaky ship for 2 years now. The main instigator of signaling news prior to it landing. I wonder how many have been spiked on Telegram because of his nonsense?
Epstein tells Barry.
Barry tells a select few.
News lands.
SP spikes.
Crashes back down.
Such is the way with MOS.
Loose lips sink ships.
Exciting times.
$75 for a season ticket for Atlante with some extras. A football team in the second tier of Mexico who's biggest attendance last season was just over 14000 (play offs). Rarely do they get over 10000, sometimes less than 5000.
A single home ticket is $5.
What revenue, if any, are we expected to make from this drop?
Exciting times.
The 24 week guidance given by Burton in October was an attempt to pacify shareholders that had just been dry humped by a 33% discounted Placing.
Of more interest is what Epstein promised at the end of November.
The Placing would take us to the next level. A SP hitting levels never seen before (he's almost got that right I suppose). Timings of 3, 6 and 12 months for shareholder value. 8 months later and we are languishing near all time lows.
It's fair to say things haven't gone to plan, and not for the first time. They tried and failed to get the 0.5p warrants exercised and we all know what happened next....
