There is no doubt the Company is in the process of reinventing themselves and has a very good chance of a successful turnaround story.

However, experience here (far more than Silverlight) has taught me that liquidity is a big problem and offloading stock is difficult.

So the window is getting smaller week by week before the next round of dilution.

Do i think a spike is coming before a raise? Yes

Do I think someone who claims he knows his onions and holds (foolishly) billions of shares will dump a load? Yes.

So the SP was above 0.025 a month or 2 ago.

Closed in on 0.03 which means a drop of 33%.

I wonder what caused that drop?

Surely a self exclaimed experienced investor wouldn't have just sat there doing nothing?

Any revenue from sales goes straight back into improving production. Cash will be required for every day working capital.

And as we know, this BOD isn't afraid to dilute at all time lows.

So it's quite simple, they have this quarter to see the SP get back above 0.0025.

The 2 biggest threats to the SP as i see it being an early round of dilution, and Silverlight dumping his load.

What I did say is with the Company signalling they only have cash until Q2 there is zero chance of a, erm, "experienced investor" such as yourself holding another 6 months.

Considering the last placing was at 0.0025 you would like to think they are looking to raise at a higher SP this time around.

There are only so many times a BOD can raise at historic lows before they eventually fold.

With this in mind they have 12 weeks, maybe less, to get this off the bottom.

Punt money only, could be lucrative from here, don't get left holding the baby.

Just stating facts that the Mcap has declined from £40M to £16M in 13 months and there are investors who claim the BOD haven't played a part in shareholder destruction.

I disagree with their opinion, that's my point.

£40M Mcap down to £16M Mcap in 13 months. (Note that without the extra shares added this year the Mcap would be £13.5M)

Interesting that the BOD are devoid of any fault regarding this catastrophic destruction.....

everyone know that this is a typical aim dog stock and anyone that puts significant money into it is playing with fire.

a punt down here might return some gains but that now depends on production news because the company is only cashed up until march.
