I did say previously he has form for dumping a losing position whilst claiming he has lost confidence in the BOD.

I can give multiple examples of stocks where the fool has spouted the same nonsense and the end result always the same.

MRS was a beauty, now delisted. He was a very vocal supporter of that company which managed to embroil itself in a scam. Loads more too, and anyone who dares raise obvious negatives with a stock is vociferously attacked.

After the raise at 0.0025 in October there were 61 billion shares in issue making a Mcap of £1.5M.

A share price of 0.002 three months later, also gives a Mcap of £1.5M because there are now 74 billion shares in issue.

More money is needed imminently. How do we know?

They've also told us production at the new acquisition will now be towards the end of Q2 not Q1 as previously stated.

Positive news is desperately required now to maintain current valuation or its back down to £1.25M with dilution looming.

The only thing blowing the doors off is the eye-watering amount of shares in issue.

A positive update indeed is required because there is only 8 weeks working capital left and they will be desperate to get the Placing away above 0.0025.

If this doesn't move soon our resident clueless ramper will move on using the excuse of not trusting the BOD or this was just a trade. It's a well trodden path that he's stumbled down many times if anyone has cared to follow closely enough.

If the fool took his silly filter off for 1 minute, he would see I'm challenging his opinion that today's news (more dilution to shareholders) means no need to raise for more working capital.

Furthermore, the ramper has stated no raise during Q2. If he could interpret RNSs correctly, he would see that the current cash lasts up to Q2. In other words, money runs out this Quarter.

So clearing debt due next year means there's sufficient working capital beyond Q1 this year????

Actually I increased my holding this week. Sold some above 1.5 and back in lower.

There was a time prior to the JV when I was happy to leave my holding alone, safely within an ISA.

Those day's are over. Like every LTH I had my pants pulled down by NvS. Only the deluded don't recognise it.

And from now on in, as this spikes on liquidity events, I will take advantage to lower my average to give myself an opportunity to escape unscathed.

Of course, it's made easy by NvS giving the heads up prior to news as we have seen recently. (And yes, as you know, I correctly predicted it)
