Clearly their attempt on Tuesday and the paltry CEO purchase that followed hasn't worked.

Think you're obsessing about the wrong person.

Your focus should be on the CEO who just happened to have some pocket change ready after releasing an insipid trading update.

They're consolidating to improve their ability to raise more funds.

Anyone claiming otherwise is either deluded or deliberately misleading others (which has been the norm on this forum for years).

Claiming B&Is or rollovers are multiple buys is a very old AIM ploy which 99% of people are well aware of, but still the disingenuous play the game.

So just to clarify, you hold about £130K worth of FAB, you use Freetrade that offer the worse prices and you buy 50 pence worth of shares after a sell to make the SP look better on Google?

Covered in the April 7th RNS? Not strictly correct. There was no certainty the Placing would go ahead.

So yesterday's Tr1 highlights they've got the Placing away.

Worth a punt here short term. Don't go heavy and don't plan long term and there might be a few bob in it.

If I was you I'd learn the difference between Morocotta and Tesoro, it might give you a better understanding of this s hit sandwich.

The acquisition of Morocotta should have been completed last month.

Shares would have been issued at 0.0288 in old money.

The vendors were also buying in at that price albeit just £10K worth on completion.

The SP equivalent today is 0.0087 so the vendors would be dealing and investing at a premium of 325%!

I bet that's going to be an awkward conversation.

And, the Company is low on working capital.

Only a premium raise is going to turn this around now.

Tweeting a rumour on April Fools Day isn't a good look to be honest.
