Everyone has had fair warning on how this would pan out.

The expected increase in SP from December production didn't materialise, which meant that holding and buying in Q1 was very very high risk because the Company had already stated they only had working capital up to end of March.

Then they gave fair notice of a consolidation.

What on earth were people expecting? Or were they that naive they fell for the rhetoric of the charlatan Silverlight and the clueless Maiditup?

The Mcap doesn't fooking change ffs!!!!

Could somebody explain to Maid that just because the SP increases next week because of the Consolidation, that doesn't mean the Mcap increases. It stays the same and so does the value of his stock.

So the fool has gone, claiming folk have zero knowledge of the markets.

Bold claim from someone who bought in October at 0.0025 expecting a double bagger by Xmas.

Some highlights included getting the Mcap wrong because he forgot to include the placing shares, telling everyone they won't buy lower than 0.0028, claiming he had 4% then claiming he has less than 3%, claiming 74 billion shares wasn't a problem, claiming there is working capital until June, claiming he's adding on every dip and 1 of my favourites, boasting he had bought at 0.002 when i was selling and then having a meltdown calling 0.0019 sellers gimps.

To summarise, one of the biggest charlatans operating on AIM has had his backside handed to him and has gone scuttling back under his rock to lick his wounds.

So Silverlight reckons he's never seen a Tr1 over 6 weeks out of date?

The social media frenzy in 2021 was most likely initiated by Wall with the help of a few friends.

The Company did not officially report they were listing on the OTC, the first mention was end of March 2021.

In that RNS Wall claimed news of a discovery was days away. He had already began ramping them in across the pond.

I recall a well known commentator on this forum claiming he knew an office full of Yanks all buying 88e stock. The thing was, nobody knew about the OTC listing at the time.

A week earlier in an Operational Update release there was no mention whatsoever of the OTC.

Funny old game eh, when a MD comes up with a plan with the sole intention to ramp in a new audience that would enable himself to cash out and escape a sinking ship.

Oh dear, nerve hit.

As for talking this down for a cheaper entry, I've already explained that the BOD are managing to do that for me when they issue more shares.

Do you disagree the consolidation was done as a precursor to a cash call?

Do you disagree the Peruvians will probably want to renegotiate their 0.00288 investment?

Do you disagree that guidelines given last Quarter have been adjusted down?

Do you disagree that the stock is a totally different animal now and caution is advised?

I "invested" in 2021 pre debt restructuring. I was lucky enough to cash out near the top at 1.6.

I've had several punts since then with mixed results but I have taken advantage of a couple of spikes.

I reiterate, the stock is uninvestable.

My latest foray saw me bail at 0.002 at a 10% loss.

Why did I sell?

Because the market had decided to value this at £1.25M and the additional shares meant the SP would correct to 0.0165.

As we know, this did occur, then the consolidation RNS landed making things even bleaker.

Very much on the sidelines now, watching with interest as to whether the Peruvians will still invest at what is now 100% premium, and what price they get the placing away at.

Nobody is going to invest in this Company at this stage.

Stale bulls however will desperately average down in the forlorn hope they can get out without a loss.

Historically there has been a few good spikes that come out of the blue with increased volume so it's always worth watching for a punt.

An investment it certainly isn't.

In November the company claimed they were targeting intial production at Boku of between 3 - 5 tonnes per day.

A month later it was revised to 1 - 3 tonnes per day.

The new acquisition was claimed to come into production end of Q1.

Thats been revised to end of Q2 (if it goes through)

Add in consolidation which is required to get a much needed Placing for working capital and it's not difficult to see why this is a car crash.

Big liquidity event now required to let even new holders out.
