Can Fergalcat please give an estimate on how many shares there will be in issue and what the £Mcap will be if the resolution is passed?

Considering this recently had just 50 million shares in issue, not the current 1 billion, I'd say fair value is nearer £500K.

But well done for ramping it down to near year (if not all time) lows. Takes some doing that fair play.

This fool has spent months trying to convince this forum that the price of gold has some kind of positive effect for NTVO.

Now that it's been established that isn't the case he's scrambling around in the dirt trying to find some positives about a Company that has increased it's shares in issue by 20 fold in 14 months.

He's reduced to calling those that correctly claimed this would happen, backed up by facts, as trolls.

14 months ago the BOD of this dog consolidated the shares in issue down to a tad under 50 Million.....

"This is expected to assist in reducing the volatility in the Company's share price and enable a more consistent valuation of the Company, making the Company's shares more attractive to institutional investors."

Those 50M have multiplied 20 fold. In 14 months!!!!

More in issue now than ever before and they're not stopping.

Some folk call it correctly based on facts and sentiment.

Some folk ramp the living daylights out of it whilst ignoring missed deadlines, obscene dilution and claiming YA CLNs are a positive.

Just a reminder, prior to consolidation shares in issue doubled in a short period of time. Then consolidation set them at 50M. Now 800M and counting.

This BOD does not deserve "investors". The very worst of AIM and the only way to beat them is to trade the living daylights out of it and protect your capital by taking profits at every opportunity.

What was the £Mcap when the SP was 0.45? How much dilution has occurred since? Has the Company signalled a need to raise more funds? Do the goalposts keep moving?

There's nothing mind boggling about the SP at all, just rampers once again showing their lack of understanding of this stock.

Since you once claimed your holding was just under 3% when the £Mcap was £300K (a tad less than £9K) and you've maintained you've kept to just under 3% as the £Mcap has risen (🤔) can you please give an estimate of how your percentage holding will be affected after this round of dilution and the upcoming round of dilution?

This isn't a Company to invest in. It's a trading stock with the potential to spike every now and then.

Continuous eye-watering dilution coupled with missed deadlines is the reality here.
