Just realised that Birrell has held positions within the past 5 years at AST and LVCG 😱

AST are 70%+ down over that period and LVCG are in liquidation, although he did have the good grace to resign before the axe fell.

A typical AIM Director thieving a living whilst returning absolutely zero value for shareholders.

The (disingenuous) BOD have attempted a positive spin to get a Placing away at a reasonable price.

Considering this recently had just 50 million shares in issue, not the current 1 billion, I'd say fair value is nearer £500K.

But well done for ramping it down to near year (if not all time) lows. Takes some doing that fair play.
