Q. When is 10 days (obviously said because expected before long weekend) not 10 days??

A. When the guidance is issued by the NTVO BOD.

Did Nick the Spiv really claim the Company was better off without AA?

Has he seen the market reaction?

Is he aware that the majority that bought into this stock over the past 5 years only did so because of the tie up with AA?

From memory Helx was threatening to cross the Tr1 threshold when 1% was approximately £3K. He's been threatening ever since despite the eye watering dilution.

If we're going down the historical road, I sold Echo at 1.6p. Not quite the top 1.8 but decent all the same.

Been in and out with varying success since. Currently underwater on a punt here but no stress because I refuse to go heavy here. My reasons I've stated many times.

I could ramp of course in an attempt to recoup but that would put me in the same camp as those that share morals with gutter rats.

Have they tweeted a photo with the Mining Contractors on site yet? Long weekend coming up.

Approximately 37 million shares have been added since I submitted my question regarding dilution (ignored) to the BOD last month.

To put into context, there were only 50 million shares in issue 10 months ago.

For me the big news from today’s presentation was that the Board confirmed we should see trenching & sampling results in just 10 days! 🔥🔥🔥

On November 20th the BOD told shareholders they would have results within 10 days. Let's give them the benefit of the doubt (not that they deserve it) and assume they meant 10 working days meaning RNS before end of week latest.

Also, as yet, nothing on whether any Mining Contractors have been selected/appointed. Monday and Tuesday are public holidays in Peru.

Interestingly my question submitted prior to the Investor Meet presentation regarding missed deadlines and eye-watering dilution was conveniently swerved by the BOD.

The Bid has weakened. Why? Probably a question the spouses are asking too.

"The operator estimates that, subject to logistics, and the successful recruitment of qualified mining staff, mining should resume in short order with sales and cash flow from May. A further announcement will be made once mining operations have recommenced."

Do they mean they're looking into this sort of reporting???

Binary in that the market either views them positively (SP improves) or negatively (SP declines).

This applies to every stock on AIM hence why some will derisk prior to results which sees SP weakness.

So basically the results need to be favourable otherwise it's going to be a miserable Xmas.

Let's read between the lines then shall we?

SP at near 4 month low.

Assay results (binary outcome) due......

Has the Ask dropped again even though Helx claimed it wouldn't get cheaper?

Need those Contractors signed up pronto if they want production this month.

Spouse purchases, presentations nor Tweets are having the desired effect.

Not strange at all.

They've lifted the Mcap from £300K to £2M by issuing shares and they're not stopping.

Unless you can prove me wrong 🤷‍♂️

The only way this hits $20M Mcap is with the continuing excessive issue of shares

Have they appointed Mining Contractors yet?

For those that aren't aware, Dec 8th and 9th are public holidays in Peru so unless the BOD have secured Contractors ready to start this week I doubt they'll be on site until the 10th.

If an upward movement in SP before Xmas is to be seen then they need to announce they've selected a mining contractor to start work immediately and they need to announce positive vein results.

Both of those pieces of news early next week should see a positive reaction.

If not it's back to treading water trying to stay afloat.

Why are you using the £250K cash position at September 30th when you know it's out of date and already improved?

If you're going to put a case forward (bull or bear) at least be accurate with your assumptions.

All this fuss about a RNS that confirms the number of shares held by Spartan from a collaboration that was announced prior to the consolidation.

12,747,666,666 prior to consolidation.
