Depends on your interpretation of "completed" and "nearing completion" I suppose.

Well the RNS on the 18th says activities were completed, then a tweet today says they're not completed with a link to the RNS saying they are completed.

The 20% premium conversion rate for Spartan was agreed 10 months ago. That is why their first tranche converted at 0.47 and this tranche converted lower.

Every tranche will be the same, 20% premium.

At the current conversation rate there will be approximately 650 Million shares in issue in time for Xmas.

There were 50 Million in February!

If there is no movement on SP that puts the Mcap at £2.6M at Xmas, up from £1.7M where all the rampers were claiming this was a bargain.

£100K worth of extra shares added each week until they're out. 4 weeks left.

Never go in heavy (because difficult to get out)

Periodically it will spike (always retraces)
