Barry
By my estimation you have put Β£100K into this since you threw down your Mcap prediction challenge in July.
Nobody can accuse you of not putting your money where your mouth is, and for that, I applaud you.
However, great lengths have been taken by you and your sycophants to suppress the obvious red flags here, and that is unforgivable.
To be honest I did expect more of a pump to get the SP up. It's no surprise you've suddenly found your voice again.
We could go down the route of yet another challenge but that would be pointless, the result would be the same with you looking like a mug.
But on the bright side, I do expect the Mcap to go higher for a short while before it settles back to Β£3.7M.
Don't forget to stick around π
November at an end.
How did the stock perform? 15% down?
Not to worry, December to look forward to.
We can take comfort from Burtons words (or was it Epstein?) around this time last year. A Company must be pretty desperate to attempt to raise funds in the run up to Xmas. So we can all relax on that front and get voting for little old MOS.
Alternatively, follow our unofficial advisor and vote for something else.....π€
Plan A. Affiliate revenue. Fail βοΈ
Plan B. Gfin joint venture. Fail βοΈ
Plan C. Sport experience NFTs. Fail βοΈ
Plan D.......?
We wait with baited breath.
Popcorn at the ready.
Exciting times.....

Ah I see.
Perhaps everyone has been too busy on other things?
Exciting times......
Update it to what?

Bitso experiences include Cadiz but not EFC nor Fed Mex. Their offerings are low price point as it is, so any revenue split leaves next to nothing for either MOS or Bitso.
Although if millions of Mexicans suddenly decide to take a stadium tour in Spain there might be money to be made I suppose.
But it's comforting to know that the biggest shareholder is happy with how things are panning out in LatAm with Bitso and Panmure Gordon.
Hold that thought, now wheres my humble pie........?

Exciting times.....
Next week sees the half way stage of the 1 year Bitso agreement. So far the only thing offered is discounts to existing NFTs. Any that are sold via Bitso see them take a slice of the revenue.
The domestic Mexican footy season is in the play off stages before a break. Pumas and Atlante still involved. Necaxa, in their centenary year shot their bolt finishing rock bottom.
Cadiz, described by HeroesNFTClub as a Titan π€£, are once again in a perilous position.
Federation Mexico partnership is dead.
EFC event next week concludes their season before a break.
Basically, a whole year of absolute tosh.
As for PG, rug pull soon is my guess.

Remember this beauty? Even if they announced a partnership today, how long before they do anything with it?
The Nomad supposedly protects investors from disingenuous BODs.
I'm still wondering how they signed off a RNS that included an article that was written prior to the market crash?
Or why they haven't reigned in Epstein on his jam tomorrow target revenue nonsense?
It's 52 weeks since the fool did a desperate podcast with Zac Mir in an attempt to stop the slide after the 0.18p rug pull. Anyone remember the market reaction to it?
And for extra context, where was Epstein when he did that podcast, and who was he with?
A few 'carrot dangling' tweets too that came to nothing. All designed to snare buyers or give holders false hope to stop them bailing.
It's about as bad as you get on AIM.
Nobody is "investing" in this stock anymore. Traders will be hoping to catch the bottom for the annual ramp towards results, bailing before the inevitable poor news.
Folk need to remember that Ciclitira had a relationship with the biggest Kpop band of them all. BTS.
There was even a BrickLive BTS cafe in Bangkok years ago, the band even visited it.
How on earth did Ciclitira fook up that opportunity?
As I've said before, these ventures into Kpop, Formula E, Art, cheese and wine hospitality etc are just lifestyle choices for Ciclitira and he's using AIM investors to fund his lifestyle.
As long as he's getting his fat mug photographed at an event to post on Instagram he's happy. Doing the hard work to run a successful business and create shareholder value probably doesn't even register in his privileged daily routine.
And as we have witnessed, from Directors to HRH Prince Albert, and everyone in between, eventually they all distance themselves from his nonsense.
Playing in the final of their Mickey Mouse League on Thursday.
What 'money can't buy' experience is being offered by HeroesNFTClub?
Redirons
Apology accepted. But even somebody like myself who keeps just one eye on this stock knew cash was required and they would probably raise prior to flow test.
The news tonight really shouldn't come as a surprise to those that follow this every single day. Perhaps that's the problem? Folk are too emotionally involved to see the wood for the trees.
SEEKS TRADING HALT PENDING ANNOUNCEMENT ON CAPITAL RAISING
Don't people read ffs?
Ciclitira pays Β£8.5M to acquire Bright Bricks and launch BrickLive.
At the time LVCG were probably their biggest customer and the acquisition made sense and the reason why early shareholders invested.
The Animal Paradise tour set (or a version of it) was originally Bright Bricks.
Now BrickLive is all but dead, with LVCG now once again a customer of Iconic Bricks.
I wonder how much Duncan will charge Ciclitira for his services?
The situation has gone full circle.
Don't forget, the Company is on record as stating every set was profitable. That was in response to my question regarding specific revenues from each set.
Yet there are people believing that a good piece of business has been done ffs.
As for Formula E, start art, Korean Kpop and cheese and wine fayres, they are the Ciclitiras lifestyle passions, and they've used LVCG as a vehicle to fund them.
On another note, the resignation of Norris-Grey and the other Directors. That came about because Ciclitiras renumeration went unchallenged due to a glitch where the Directors couldn't join a zoom call. When they eventually connected, he refused them their vote. Matter closed. He lost a former Microsoft Director for pulling that stunt.
He's a loathsome individual who is incapable of understanding the difference between truth and fiction.
Barry has found his voice again.
Hooray.
How's that challenge working out? Β£8.4M Mcap target wasn't it?
I've a feeling that's not happening any time soon, even if more shares are issued....
His missus has stepped down.
1 less supporter of his renumeration I suppose π
Threshold crossed on the 13th. Will explain why the SP rose up to 0.1p and no quote to buy for periods.
Doesn't explain the price action and subsequent selling since though π€
Go on Barry I dare you, highlight 1 RNS over the last 2 years that has added value to long term shareholders.
IGS would be 1, whilst it lasted. Any others?
HeroesNFTClub actually tweeted about the Copa America play off game last night between Mexico and Honduras.
It was played in Mexico City too. Where's that clown that was boasting the City would be bouncing for a football International back in July? The clown that travelled for the Bitso meaningless launch party who couldn't figure out different time zones?
Anyway, good to see HeroesNFTClub actually promote one of our partnerships, even if it only received 54 views.
Bunch of amateurs.
