I have added again quite reasonably this week post RNS FYI, follow the money and believe in Darwin and Harry.

You won't go far wrong but patience is key.

The appraisal part is within the investor presentation and what was said at the meeting. As for percentage retained and everything else, this is my thoughts.

Well I can tell you the board expect the appraisal to be paid in full by the new partner, what the partner wants for doing this is anyones guess, probably 60% I suspect. The good thing though is it could just be Darwin East and we retain everything else, or they can do East and West and we retain everything else- many flexibilities. For certain what needs to be thrown into the hat is all pre drill costs and drilling costs incurred many years ago as well as seismic costs- this isn't a freebie/welcome on board thank you. Will be interesting to see for sure.

It's in the RNS, looks like they may start with D West rather than East. I don't think we should overlook this statement, the devil is in the detail. I will know more after Friday

How can we move Darwin forward by drilling another target? Did you mean Darwin West, drill and test

before Darwin East?

I would appreciate some clarification if possible

AB has taken a bigger chunk, this won't go private but could get bought out I suppose at some point. Farm out progressing very nicely which is the main point.

Looks like Alan Brimacombe took a big chunk, we will find out how many soon I suppose. So all in all very positive, enough to get us through to sign off and the board and largest shareholder still buying more.

Follow the money- this track rarely lets you down

Tiny raise in the grand scheme of things and they seem confident that things are progressing nicely on the farmout. Nice to see the board raiding their own piggy banks and the discount isn't much at all for a raise.

Again mid market transactions off book, one dumping and one happy to buy.

Pre appraisal buyout with no cash could be as low as £50-£75 million which the average Joe would probably take to forget the forever groundhog day here. BUT they would have a battle, most of BOR is owned by high wealth investors who are here to the last chapter. Regards to where this price goes, it goes wherever " they" want it to, there is no volume. Let's not forget that £83,000 buy at 3p! I don't care about the day to day price because I couldn't buy my stake back at anything near this closing price and I am happy but a little frustrated like all of us, keep the faith in little Harry because he will deliver!

Agree Phil, FI oil will happen and my biggest worry for us is a cheap takeover- we are very vulnerable right now.

One thing i forgot to mention.

Hopefully you can raise cash externally through non dilutive avenues but if you really have to, then in my opinion

the raise should be subscriptive and via the existing shareholders only.

I won't repeat what else was in the email. The board know full well that the average shareholder is not happy and things must finalise once and for all.

One thing I will say, is he mentioned this-

"I'd say that everything I said in our last conversation (and everything I said to Malcy) still stands"

Harry doesnt disclose, he will communicate though and I am happy to be the voice of the " collective"

Well Diddly, I thought it was a good idea but it kind of didn't catch on. I seem to have the ear of Harry who is more than willing to chat (offered me this Friday) but to be honest I haven't anything to ask him apart from questions that wouldn't and cannot be answered anyway.
