Malaysia, you have to give him a chance- he's been here for 5 minutes in the grand scheme of things. He could have raised for the usual 2 years but chose to raise for one year only, yes he has options but these are currently priced at a higher price than we are now and have been for a while so everyone has a chance to buy this stock on the cheap if they want to. I couldn't give a monkeys what he makes out of it in the end, as long as he gets us over the line.

If anyone thinks that the market cap should be over £16 million quid and a share price of just 2p, with a multi billion dollar asset and billions elsewhere, then invest here. 2p to zero or 2p to £1. It really is a no brainer, I am heaping more in here for the maths at least and everything else a little bit later.........

Malaysia, I presume you haven't met HB? I have, twice and he is deeply passionate about success with BOR and has been a frustrated shareholder for many years like us prior to his appointment. He's pretty confident we will get our partner, whether it's excessive optimism I don't know but at least he communicates with me and is very upfront unlike the old guard here at Bor. I believe we are getting to the end point on this company's journey within 2025, it will probably be an aggressive takeover on the cheap but hey ho- at least we can close this book once and for all.

So the only conclusion is the market cap is beyond a joke, it's almost embarrassing and a huge opportunity for those who are not invested in the FI to invest and now. Its going to be the last big story in O+G in the world I think before transition moves in.I'm glad I am not in Harry's shoes representing a 2 bob company worth nothing with more assets than most of the independent North Sea producers and more than RKH. It's got a current risked valuation of 8p with absolutely f all from happening. RKH successful FID de risks it greatly as will a farm in, so a similar price to RKH is good guidance pre FID. An aggressive takeover attempt- 12-15p, board acceptance closer to 20-25p I think ( due to acceptance from shareholders and not the board, because they will be out of work).

LTT. BOR will go up with RKH at some point, it's guaranteed. If RKH goes ahead so does BOR its as simple as that, it's just when BOR goes ahead, that's the thing. Personally I am fed up looking for news every morning for the past decade and some, I want to be looking at dividends or a rosy share price......... In every other industry failure is punished by removal from office, apart from the oil industry it seems. I do not want Harry relying on advisors to do the deal, yes they are doing it without upfront payment and they only get paid when a deal is done, but reliance on this- not for me. Let's see, personally I am at my highest mark % wise here so I am taking advantage of price weakness, because there's a huge gap above us and only a tiny one below. Forget the fundamentals and do the maths approach sometimes.

LTT the base scenario currently is 8p risked, with a partner in the bag for D East, plus a carried value of 5-6p and a significantly de risked scenario we should be looking at significantly more, but in my view folks the real value here is production only for those who can wait or stay alive..... its been a long time maybe....ing.

But its pretty shi*t though isn't it, getting excited at 10p with a multi billion dollar asset and a terminally lazy board to date.

LTT- Broker note from SPP Angel advises that during 2025 Borders could attract a partner to pay 100% of the drilling costs at Darwin East for 70% equity, their opinion the deal would start at Darwin East despite my chats with the board who prefer Darwin West and Stewart below ( because Darwin East is in the bag and Darwin West and Stewart has more barrels). Broker thinks though that due to the decline in risked equity capital, East is the likely starter. Carried costs equate to around 5-6p per share, essentially tripling the market cap overnight (which sounds exciting) but lets remember we were at 7p when nothing was happening, apart from our Canadian investor buying. I would expect with some good sentiment, we will see double figures again-maybe.

Let's get back to that 12p, and have some clarity on what I actually mentioned. I advised that there is a real risk of a cheap takeover at around 12p ish, this would be a premium on the risked valuation of 8p right now and yes a lot of shareholders could take it because progress up to now has been nothing short of disastrous. And the main reason for that was the reluctance at booting Obee out the bloody door, he's gone now and things have perked up- communication being one of them. If we get a partner and depending on what the deal is, we should sail past 12p but depending on what it is........ But its also about sentiment, AIM is in big trouble right now with everything worth nothing and maybe's worth even less so the days of gorgeously rude and extremely high share prices have long gone and we are in a new era. I know the board are talking to Nav and have been since HB joined, I have no idea whether this means a future partnership or just cost sharing for a future campaign, who knows!

But let's get back to that funding RNS and funding for only 12 months due to expectation of a deal incoming. We haven't ever had that before have we.......

The dangerous period is now, the company could get bought in my estimates at around 12p per share so a farmout is the obvious choice to get a decent payback. I like what we have, we can farm out Darwin and keep the rest or farm out everything and have a percentage of everything. This is the only route for true investor return, a cheap takeover isn't - so the board need to get this over the line pronto.

Covgas -it hit 8, believe me. Stop acting like a troll and I will stop calling you one, you are welcome here if you behave yourself. Its a nice reasonable board here, all of us are hoping for success in the FI (and for RKH as well)

Covgas, well it hit 8p- I was on the golf course and what a sunny day it was- closed at 7p but peaked at 8p. Anyway, very happy to be still holding this gem of the south- soon the trolls will fade away into the darkness.........

The plan is to farm out the acreage in return for 100% of the drilling costs. The partner has a suite of options, the preferred route is Darwin West appraisal and a drill down to Stewart. Or a 3 well drill at Darwin East to include 66% of the drilling costs in the Capex- or a mix of both, there are loads of options but the fundamental one is 100% of the costs paid by the partner for a % of the asset. Once this is all sorted, the board are VERY comfortable with how we pay for our share of the development costs.

I know there have been many conversations about sharing the rig with Navitas and Harry Baker, so of course this is one of the most obvious routes but the other is rig availability coming up in Namibia next year which the board have their eyes firmly focused on.

LTT, as I have previously posted, Borders is in no way dependent on a successful FID in the Northern Basin, whilst it does wonders for a good sentiment for the region- its not a must for us. We are doing our own thing and are very busy discussing commercials for the development of Darwin other drills.

There's a lot to see here, a breathtakingly low market cap and a possible once in a lifetime return on your investment.

Hi Tincan. I have done 2 now plus am in contact by emails. I don't want to bug the board, they cannot tell me anything before it's official anyway. My personal take is that it's fairly obvious that something is going on here, lack of volume was surprising early doors which enables the MM's to do whatever they like here to control the price up or down. I think this will shoot up from tomorrow, plenty of opportunities to get in on the super super cheap here.

Spot- of course the dry gas needs to be re injected- " condensate is very similar to a very light (high API) crude oil " is the official description.
