Nice buy of nearly 1 million shares at lunch time, just under £50,000 cost so not to be sneezed at.

LTT, They advised that sharing a rig makes a lot of sense- sharing all things made a lot of sense (helicopters, accommodation etc etc) It makes commercial sense to NAV as well, forget the talk about the higher spec rig- its been discussed and is perfectly do-able due to the above. Not that I say this is happening- they have discussed it. At the end of the day its two things for me- Bor get their partner and quite soon or they get taken out and Harry's cheap multi million share options are gone with it (and maybe his job). One or the other- we will find out soon.

Typo- 30,000 barrels for 2 wells.

Broker target 8p, before the NAV factor and likely FID, we can add 50% on this to 12p initial target and a post RKH fid of who knows! 10p would never ever be accepted by the majority here!!

Darwin appraisal is a given due to the asset quality, highly fluid and likely to surpass the board's daily expectation of up to 30,000 barrels for the one well. Stick a few more development wells on there and we have a monster.

LTT- " no prospect of drilling anytime soon"

HB actively in discussions with NAV about rig sharing for the past few months, from the horses mouth.... They wouldn't be discussing that if there was no plan in sight to actually drill. I think you will be surprised to see how far down this path the company actually are. The board expect to get this deal done soon.

LTT- slowly slowly weak stock is getting snapped up, a lot of yesterday trades were sells and hoovered up by the buyer. This will go through the 5p gears and on through the 6's taking the weak and cheap stock. I believe when RKH FID is done, then our deal will also be done shortly after. Also there isn't a huge amount of free floating stock, 57% with the top ten and board, some in sticky hands , some in holders nursing big losses and waiting for their day and a few who are willing to part with the shares. An exciting year ahead I think and rewards for the patient people here, some who have been waiting since Darwin was discovered.

Level 2 very strong again, every indication this will fly today with the bidder pushing the price up. Have a good day all.

MD -you should remember I go to the board and post questions to them on behalf of this forum. I take time out of my day and ask them the questions that you want answered, i have done this twice over the last few months so don't be a co*ck all your life and show a little respect to others who want the same result as you with this stock.

MD don't be a tw*t mate, and don't act like a clown. You get rally battered on most boards but I don't mind you if you talk sense. I have a big % here and can only tolerate good sense and forward thinking from real investors.

RKH price has a huge MM signature all over it, massive amount of tiny robot trades. With new holders, plenty of holders in profit and MM's needing stock. Tree shaking with be a daily event, which can be clearly seen. Here though a different story at the moment, mid 4's tree shake did very little hence the climb up to acquire more stock and I suspect this will continue. MD can let you know how far it goes.... LOL

MD- do us a favour please and stop ramping the price. The price of this stock is on the long road to recovery from a place that it should have never visited. We don't need to see your multiple price predictions every single day, its a free to talk board but talk about something constructive instead.

L2 indeed looks strong at the moment, bidder driving the price up as I thought it would do a couple days ago.

I actually think the opposite, they are going to have to drive this up to get people to part with their stock. Bid in the 5's tomorrow I think.

Free carry to production is unlikely in today's market. It will be a 3-6 drill campaign, if they go for all 6 it will be the 3 well Darwin East development, Darwin West, Stokes and Stewart. Any less work backwards but 3 wells as a minimum (Darwin East development is almost definitely in, the appraisal well will be capped and re used as a producer- the other 2 wells will complete the wells needed for the development.

I think you all should read the presentation on the website, after talking to Harry he maintains it's unlikely that- A- We will get cash up front- those days are long gone. B- The drilling is paid for by the partner. C- Our share of the Capex and daily running costs are provided by the markets, probably through various financial instruments like bond schemes etc. Simple as ABC........

Board will obviously resist a takeover, but it could well be out of their hands. Board really want Darwin West and Stewart drilled and proved up, very high chance of success ( Darwin West a given and Stewart looks exactly the same on seismic).

Our advisors think the new partner will go down the safe route , testing Darwin East and drilling the other 2 wells ready for producing.

It's a buy out for me -£200 million cash / 22p ish. I actually prefer waiting for the real £ though and hope we get this farmed out pronto now that the FI is opening up.

Actually its not regarded as a big problem due to the asset quality, if it was a sticky low grade oil find then possibly but its condensate and highly liquid . The appraisal is only a box ticker but nevertheless a box that needs ticking.

Have to admit, I am edging more to a full takeover of Bor rather than a farm in. Top ten shareholders are about 56% but that includes many of the pi investments (like mine for example in HL, IG etc so a good price could well be accepted I suppose.

This stock is very vulnerable now as I explained to Harry Baker- he didn't disagree by the way.

Serious lack of sellers right now, I had 4.5p in my head this morning and it finished just shy and we will hit a sticky wicket at 6p before moving on to 7 and beyond. 5's though will be crossed early next week.
