With the AGM today, why no update, surely that would mean they can't talk about anything from this year?

Yes possibly, but i think GSK would have made an offer before to avoid paying the bill, why pay and then make an offer doesn't make sense to me. i can't see them involved.

I see an offer has been made and seems to have been accepted by the board valued at 155p per share (includes the 19p dividend so actually 136p. i'm not very impressed with this and judging by what has been said with the trading update and the pipeline of products coming along undervalues the group. whats everyone else thinking? (Former SKP holder, still not in profit)

Tech is only going one way at the minute, whilst it looks attractive at this price i'm waiting for a while until things start to settle.

Good spot, the way the price is well below the potential offer indicates to me it won't happen, and i wouldn't be too bothered about that i still think this company will have a higher share price before the years out anyway.

I've decided to sell down my holding so i'm now pure profit not bad for a grand gamble back 10 months ago and still have nearly 2 grand in it now.

Its seems the company has been offered 305p per share . one of the directors has agreed this. I still think it undervalues the company...any thoughts?

so app £178m vs £170m previously indicated, on the surface showing good momentum, still thought we'd hit £180M but not far off.

But it has only been in existence in this guise since Jan, following the reverse takeover. you cannot use past in such a new company to get an understanding into how its doing or its market. I'm happy to sit on my 70% increase and wait for more.

There is usually a Trading update anytime now, we are all awaiting it to show the continued improvement and far ahead of the figure indicated in the interim results.
