So how can this fall so far back from yesterday initial jump, its now lower than it was before the improved guidance, market is mad. See it so often improvement in company earnings, lower market price!

Now we know why he didn't contribute to the fund raising. interesting to know when company first knew as that is important information to take or not the share offer.

Bit harsh!, why can't the company just tell the shareholders what the terms are instead of having to go to another website and attempt to search for them. its not hard surely, no very good service for the investors of 'our' company. should be detailed on their own website.

Has anyone got the details of this demerger in terms of the terms of the share consolidation and does the shareholders actually get any of the new company or a payment for it, also whats the timeline, can;t find anything on their website or announcements about it. Its all about what the new company will be doing not about us the shareholders. thanks

me too, to me the important part is cash, if they can keep the cash coming in and no further need to go back to the market, this share should only go in one direction.

Good update, but shows how this market is illogical, how can a share whose update exceeds current expectation fall?

Does seem funny this isn't on any of the official websites for corporate news like Investegate or LNS and also not on their own website, how accurate is this? i would think its highly unlikely so close to the investor meeting only a day or two before. Could this be another de-ramp?

Interesting to listen to the BOD, i think they are saying things are growing strongly and no further funding requirement for the business will be required this year, as the revenue/cash received will be sufficient to fund the business.

Finally some decent results, from this company, hopefully might start to tick the SP up now for a change.

but not touched the share price, no sure what is keeping this down, all looks good on the results front, for such a young company already making a profit and with a decent order book, IMO vastly under valued. DYOR.

for all we know this could be an extension of the deal we already had but never announced, but at least we now know of these deals, a change of strategy from previous when everything was not disclosed. but does sound promising, and a base to build from.

all getting driven from the US, tech drops there we get slammed. nasdaq has been in free fall, since the fed indicated faster rises in interest rates. Need a decent market update from the company for a change, showing some real progress, but just can't see it.

hardly a massive contract but it does mark a multi energy saving 1st. hopefully the first of many.
