Also good to hear they are targetting the share price, with a meeting due tomorrow ( i think it was) with Canaccord to push them to try and get more interest in the company and drive the share price forward. He noted the sells at around 4p from our 'friend' Derek's advisors. with him still having over 10% i think this could go on a while yet until we have positive and permanent movement of the SP.

Very interesting meeting, again both very ebullient and confident in business, one thing i asked was around growth, Harvey threw in the growth indicated from analysts was well below what the company are targetting, so the 30.5M indicated for next year should be beaten as long as all goes to plan.

Seems to have gone very quiet, nothing from Advent, no new bid but no admission of defeat either, It can't be too long away from the deadline now. so should find out soon.

Typical, i had just put in a buy at limit, now we have moved well away from it, ah well, thats business.

Decent results, not too sure how they word things whether the optimism is over done, there is still a lot of negatives in the accounts. but a good platform to fly off, we will see.

In terms of share price, good jump this morning upto post, but watch for Derek Myers 100k+ sells to come in again and keep a lid on the gains. this won't go too far because of his large shareholding being steadily sold down.

It seems according to the Q&A from the latest company meeting, the company are intending to issue an H1 update before end of July. so wait for update shortly.

Wondering when we are going to officially hear about the trading in H1, since it completed last month. But with the FY 2024 results so late, will this be another elongated wait? Also no contract news, it was mentioned they were working on a few. badly needs some good news for a change.

Can't say i disagree, i still believe there is money to be made here, Concerned about the way this has been handled, lack of audit oversight, but can;t say too impressed with them either, didn't pick up the issues, didn't want to agree to the changes.

The other way of looking at the 'issues' in the past, were these negligent errors, or simply a different way of recording the projects and therefore the net assets, i'm not an accountant so can't tell which.

Hoping the falls recently down to the agent working for Derek Myers selling down his stake faster than previous, but i think they have a minimum of 4p. always seems to quieten off when we sink back to that number. we will see. Going to hold for time being, but defo not going to be investing any money for now. the management need to prove themselves to me.

I'm not so sure Spot, reading back in the previous company announcements they indicated they had been in conversation with advent over bids for some time, in other words pushing the price. it might be getting a bit rich for them now, hope i'm proved wrong.

Either way max for this IMO is £45 whomever gets their first.

Possibly so, but they could have indicated as such, not just push it under the carpet and indicate its all sorted, no worries , lets now ignore that and look forward. just makes people ( me) more worried its not all sorted.

Honesty always prevails, deceit will come back and haunt them, if there is any, and it will be us the shareholders who will suffer.

No, me neither i asked about the financial mess and restatement and who was to blame, potential litigation etc...ignored not impressed.

looked like all they wanted to do was to 'promote' the company, the strategy and not lay out the incompetence in the past.

Also not to get a sign off from an auditor is serious, whilst they 'believe the accounts have been prepared correctly' how do we know.

either this CFO is seriously hot cookie or is causing chaos i don't know which.

So we were in a lot worse situation before sale of EMD, and now that also will unlikely generate anything addition to us. thats a serious lot of money expected but will now not be delivered. wouldn't surprise me if we get some suit from Flogas at al DCC.

i'm also not impressed with all these constant restatements, surely we have a case to go back to previous CFO and sue him?

very little about his year to date, considering H1 essentially finished. Very poor IMO.

Surely if thats the case, they have to report such activity, it is all very odd and concerning.

I'm hoping a very large contract is/has just be signed so they can sweeten the pot with that, but surely these results must have been prepared long ago, they did a trading update back in Jan to give indication so most must have been known.

Personally i'd be surprised at that % i was thinking more in the line of £40 per share, but even so, even at this current share price i expect some will cash in not expecting an offer from KKR following their due diligence.

So we now have the formal bid at the price indicated previously, KKR have responded to say they haven't rules out a counter bid, this could go higher yet. Stock price indicating its a possibility, since its above the bid price from Advent. If not Q1 2027 indicated as completion date assuming voted through.
