Really struggling to gain any traction, seems like a great potential but always sellers into any rise. The stock options will never mature unless they can deliver some progress on the share price front.

Need positive news flow on a more regular basis.

however if this price keeps falling i will be back in to add to my holding.

Its eerily quiet regarding the first Redaptive deal, i thought HS said it was soon to arrive back in July ?

next bit of news i'm expecting and soon is the first Redaptive deal, that was mooted about.

Same old Liebour, tax and spend, and surprise, surprise still no decent growth, oh apart from Inflation. we're all doomed.

Pharmhall, the announcement indicates his holding is zero, so therefore nothing left to sell. What interests me now is who holds these, the volumes involved indicates a large holder, I wonder if Canaccord (house broker) now holds these, but surely they would have to announce this.

Confirmation Myers now fully sold out, RNS issued.

There is the update, another 1.1% of shares down for Derek Myers, still has just under 26m

Another large trade gone through, says unknown but nearer to the buy price than the sell price at that time, coulod be another transfer from Myers to other party, if so expect another announcement early next week.

It couldn't work out a buy or sell, but according to my logic its a defo buy of 4.5M shares (Check the buy and sell prices as that time (4.00 - 3.90)

you always have to pay a premium for that scale so in my book a buy, a mere £181k, could that have come from Mr Meyers to reduce his holding I wonder.

Will have to wait until the next update from him comes.

That didn't take long, another £1ps added so now upto £42ps. Will they get to my top line estimate of £45ps before we are done?

Does anyone know if someone has a short open and the company is in takeover proceedings, does that short have to be closed before the takeover is completed, i'm assuming so but how do they get hold of the required shares on the market if the takeover company start to hoover up the shares at a lower than takeover price, which usually happens, and what happens if they don't? ps not my situ just wondering.

Judging by all the voting info, court meeting and EGM, i assume its passed now, i think i read Q1 2026 for finalised takeover.
