It is a Government incentive for research and development, We get it every year. Not sure how it is calculated but it is over £1m I have the figure £1.3M stuck in my head for some reason but don't quote me on that. I not sure when it lands.

the problem with that is that it would take over 50% of shares to remove him that is 46.5 million shares not shareholders.
On this board there is a snap shot of shareholders opinion but even that is very divided. My guess is that even if you take the inflated claims of what people hold share wise here you wouldn't get close to 10% of company (it is as far as I can see very rare for directors to be removed like this for this reason).
I just don't see it happening

It is my understanding that you have to test a proportion of tests manufactured to ensure quality control and that you have to post this information as part of due diligence.
All this means is that they made an unknown number of POC test kits.
Is this stock in case of sales?
to fill an order?
to give away as samples?
to provide stock to be ready to respond to a spike in cases.?

the only thing I can see is that it is positive sign that something is happening and that Coivid poc test is still in play somewhere.
