Why is it concerning when we already know they wont announce it till all the current news cycle has been delivered. To avoid the problem they had in a previous raise (news dropped share price rocketed raise which had been organised in weeks leading up to this was arranged at old share price, share holders screamed the heads off but deal already done).
They will announce raise (if that is the way they go) when every possible bit of news has dropped.
